 This is how we start our day and some may have missed this from the day before, if you have a problem with it don't read it.. Skip to the next post.. Of all the things to be frustrated with in this investment you want to say something about a post to start our day, wow... What do you have to offer that is positive??  It's called hope and we all look forward to everything seagull post. At least someone is keeping us in the loop with as much information as possible.. Keep posting seagull it is all very much appreciated.. The secret is to keep it to yourself. Many don't understand the global effect ones words can have on everyone. It's tough to stay positive but I don't see any other choice, that's just me....sorry! Seagull, you do an outstanding job bring over posts and filtering. Believe me, there's a lot more she could bring over full of endless rhetoric. I think we have been played with and lied to long enough. There is a REASON all these gurus have been stringing us along, and a REASON those in charge have not released our money. We need this attorney to DOCUMENT what is going on and what is being said by who. We need to allow him to do his job and pull all this together while all of these players are leaving trails to the truth. I think everyone needs to be honest with themselves... ask yourself this... what happens when we wake up one day and the Hodges case is gone? Tyler is gone? the plaintiffs are gone? gurus are gone? I'll tell you what....any chances of us EVER getting paid or getting ANY answers are gone. Everyone needs to be realistic and although we HOPE for the best... prepare for the worst to protect ourselves and our investment. I'm personally supporting this because I want this attorney to be able to get to these players and get depositions done etc.. while we are in an active state and he CAN do it and can do it in maybe a couple months or so. Once these people disappear, it will take YEARS and MUCH more money to get to the answers and we as a shareholder base will be far weakened at that point if we exist at all. Just for the record, I HOPE and PRAY that we get paid this month and I HOPE and PRAY that we are not being played.. but I can tell you this.. I have 47 clients who are attorneys. I know the good ones and the half-*** ones.. the good ones that know this situation all had a common thought... THIS IS BEING DRAGGED OUT TO BENEFIT SOMEONE AND IT IS NOT THE SHAREHOLDERS. THERE IS A TIME LIMIT THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO PULL US TO. FOLLOW THE MONEY... SEE WHO IS BENEFITTING..WHY DO THEY WANT A COMPLACENT SHAREHOLDER BASE? WHAT IS THE DATE THEY ARE DRAGGING US OUT TO AND WHAT DO WE LOSE WHEN WE REACH THAT DATE? I don't know about any of you.. but I want to know that answers to these questions. NO ONE we have heard from in the last year can or will give us these answers. This Attorney Friar is not a shareholder and can get these answers but we can't drag our feet. I hope everyone will step up and assist in anyway they can. We are a force to be reckoned with when we stand together... why do you think they send the gurus out with the BS stories to keep us calm and looking forward to the next week (for a year now). They know how strong we are and how fierce we are... we know what belongs to us and we want it... problem is.. they want it too. OH.. and I could never end without... IMHO... Pixie |
