How many times have we heard that checks went out? I don't want to hear it any more.. We will know when it happens, the boards will be full of shareholders expressing excitement, tears and laughter.

i couldnt help but think of the situation we find ourselves in with these trusts ,... i gave some thought to the 9thcircut court of appeals and there decision, to not release the trust funds , due to the fact that there were no properties involved ... however i would like to contest that ruling . because there was and is property involved , when urban purchased the lands in sascathcawan canada , im sure he was not aware of the assets that he would find on these properties , urban the good man that he is,, announced, he wanted to create a million millionaires, now this man urban decides to share his good fortune with share holders to buy into his holdings.his assets were all derived from the properties that he gambled on and to his amazment it was with positive results,.. now we all know that if we, the s.h.s. own shares in cmkx ,.. and cmkm we automatically become part and parcel of his findings , therefore the assets are from the purchased land which shows ownership in properties owned by the two companies and its s.h.s., after all no property , no assets ,. so therefore my opinion that the 9th circuitcourt was in error as to not have our funds released we , bought and paid for our shares,.. we all became with our cert pulls ,as were requested by the co;s.... bonified s.h.s. of these trusts , after all you wouldnt by a home without property or without a deed , we have our certs to verify our legitt,... being property,.. and all of our assets that came with it , imo. just my thoughts early this morn,..i hope this resignates with the powers that be ,... god bless all 88;ers .... that hodges team,.. and all who have endured all of the dissapointments that have prevailed us at this point in time,... i hope the courts see there error in there ruling imo.... twt.

Smoke and mirrors with deliveries tomorrow. I believe it is a distraction for chaos warming up in the bullpen. Chaos and an exciting week coming up! Either way, we get paid.

I do not have doubts at all that we will be paid. Please make that clear. I never showed any doubt in my posts. What many want to read into it is there doing. I am still positive that we will be paid, and YES for those who say guess he doesnt have proof, you have another thing coming. I do have physical proof in my possession yet will not reveal it.

Mary, I would kindly suggest maybe its time you reread my post again. I was pointing out what the plan was and not the plan that keeps changing from so many others. The plan was to have us paid by 2005-2006. Where do you find doubt in my post. Now is the time for action. We are part of someone else's plan not IBM's. IBM's plan was all for the shareholders NOT WGS. Seriously, we were to have been paid. The criminals need to be eradicated from this country. WE THE PEOPLE need to become the land of the FREE and the Home of the Brave. Enough is Enough.

No I am not crying. I am using my pen which is mightier than a sword to make my voice heard.

The plan, was revealed back on August 2nd 2010 in court. The agreement was to pay CMKX Shareholders by 2005-2006 by the SEC, NO WGS, NO Black Farmers etc, NO China, Russia, NO US Dollar Refunding Program. US Supreme Court Ordered our funds to be released by Dec 31 2010, Department of Justice signed off on the release of the funds, we were to have been removed from the WGS then were pulled back in again after Jan 2011, then another Court Ruling Jan 28 2011 Ordered the release of our funds and here we are being mislead time and again by individuals saying its part of the plan.
Time to stop abusing the CMKX Shareholders. Monkey in the middle as we shareholders have been used as needs to stop. Pay us the funds collected $3.87 trillion dollars or the lesser amount since taxes now have been taken out twice from the fund set aside from us and our F/P from the SEC of $.80 cents per share in the form of a US Treasury Check. Seriously treat us as people not some game.

There is no plan, just games, keeping our funds away from us.

Mr. Hodges please help end this nightmare with God's help, enough is enough.
