Kevin resigned... James Lowden stepped in interim... Newco is still valid except we don't have any funds to do anything with it... 2010 taxes are being done... (should be easy since there is no $) We know nothing, and have no evidence about AH lawsuit... So once again, we have no $, and no proof of any $.... Which in turn begs the question---why are we still here, why are people working for shares instead of cash (can't pay bills with shares that apparently have little to no value) I CALL BS!!! I don't think it's taken this many years to put together financials, although I do understand the lawsuits take time, and are not cheap, especially when THERE IS NO $-- right these people have put their bills, families, and lives on hold all these years with the promise of what? going back to penny trades, or reverse splitting to gain some share control, I find it hard to believe it's for the properties they've gained, don't see that being enough to pay the overhead. Sorry for the rant but...... I STILL CALL BS all of course imho Tony P.

The alternative would have been to close the company and call it quits. Which would you prefer--the wait and a chance, or having them throw in the towel? Seems obvious to me. pr

couldn't WEST have hung in there for a few more months after all these years?

Kevin West, may be comming up against certain conflicts of interest, at this stage of the game.
This is not unexpected, and may signal the change in direction, and fortune we all hope for. I will continue to look forward to positive announcements.

Casavant asked West to help with the company.. In 2006 Kevin said "The details before us are going to require a bit of time and complete focus to make sure that they are done correctly."
The Keywords are "details, time, done"
In order for Kevin to make a statement like this.. He had to have some idea of what the details were and the work that was before him. He also knew that it was going to take time, and he was to make sure that everything was done correctly.
Maybe he has finished the work that he was asked to do..
