CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Awarded a $33,675,365 Judgment; Begins Search for a New Chairman

TYLER, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On July 1, 2008 CMKM Diamonds, Inc. was awarded a $33,675,365 judgment in a Nevada District Court against one of the former insiders of the Company, John Edwards. Mr. Edwards was labeled as one of the two “masterminds” of the scheme to defraud investors of over $64 million in a lawsuit filed on April 7, 2008 by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Company also announced today that it has begun the process of searching for a new Chairman. Current CEO and Chairman, Kevin West, stated, “I am very pleased with the progress being made through the Company’s litigation. It is time to begin the search for someone with the business experience that is needed to move the Company forward.”

Mr. West is currently appointing a seven member, shareholder based, “Advisory Committee” to help with this process. “Among many other qualities, the person we are looking for will be someone who can see the value of having a shareholder base of over 40,000 people from all over the world,” stated Mr. West. I wouldn't be suprised if this is how John Edwards and his basher crew use this CMKM Tyler shell to get their money back. Reason bieng, I'm going with the huntch that bonafide cert holders have nothing to do with the CMKM Tyler Tx shell. I could be wrong, but IMHO Bonafides have nothing to do with Tyler, it was a shell set up to cancell out the 622 Billion illegal shares dumped and a deal was worked out so the perpitrators have to pay nothing by paying themselves, in essence the balance they owe is 0 and the amount they are paid is 0 cancelling itself out.

i thought the money from the 33 million judgement was for the old cmkx--us-- and not bf and kw?? is that why kw is ready to find a new ceo--he thinks he is going to get the 33 mill??

starlight , i couldnt agree more with you , . .. first of all if we review our certs .....we are all bonafides of cmkm. ,.... not cmkx, to me this is two different entities ,... why were our certs changed from cmkx to cmkm ,. when the cert pull was requested by mgnt , ... yes i can see were the 33,mil. might be given to cmkx , to placate them and send them on there way , doing there own thing ,... of course these are only my thoughts,... but just think about it , with the way this has been played out it may have been a good way to bury the large,...nss, positions, confronting cmkm ..... and in esseence giving cmkx ,.. there due for there efforts ,too continue on as there own,...entitie ..., imo. ,.. do i make any sense here .. i hope i do,.... i am not sure,... but did any one recieve cim divies with cmkx shares if not that should speak volumes ,. God BLESS ALL BONAFIDES AND MGNT ,
