It's interesting that e-trade thought it was so
important to get the certs in the proper hands
by the deadline. That was THEIR deadline, not ours.

People that did get their cert from E-Trade yesterday and today are dated in the beginning of Feb. Why wouldn't they send them? It was way before the deadline? They had an agenda for some reason  |

2166 faxes not yet filed + 4000 etrade certs = 6166 certs to add to total 6166 certs X 18,319,968 average shares per cert = Almost 113 billion more shares.Total would be apprx 573 billion shares. Does NOT include Urban and insiders. Does NOT include Canadian electronic Does NOT include CEDE & Co. Think we're going to be able to prove a short position? I thought it was 4000 accounts,so it probable is way more certs than that! |

E-trade sent a representative from NY carrying a box of cert copies totalling over 4000 accounts. ;D

Well now!...Ain't that a fine how do you do??? ;D Interesting they had someone "Deliver" them as opposed to overnighting them... Is this showing some value??? Or concern??? ;D ;D ;D IMO even eTrade wants this to be done. I'm told eTrade is covered. They didn't want to have thousands of people suing them because their cert didn't make it in "in time". It was cheaper to send the VP out to hand deliver them. f4d~ All this for a revoked pinkie and some div. stock.....can you say hmmmmmm |

So no one has mentioned it yet so I think I will .... Maybe E-Trade just has exceptional customer service and they didn't trust their customers so they hand delivered the certs themselves. LOL  |

Use the automated system on the TF website How do the people waiting know their cert # THEY ARE still being delivered to your home addy but rather than wait for that and then the fax they are [glow=red,2,300]using copies for input at the TF[/glow] it is all good relax [glow=red,2,300]then [/glow]check the site and input your cert in 2 weeks or so. |
