2166 faxes not yet filed + 4000 etrade certs = 6166 certs to add to total 6166 certs X 18,319,968 average shares per cert = Almost 113 billion more shares.Total would be apprx 573 billion shares. Does NOT include Urban and insiders. Does NOT include Canadian electronic Does NOT include CEDE & Co. Think we're going to be able to prove a short position?  |

With your approx 573 Bil Shares minus 352 Bil shares (703/2 = 352 , Majority ownership, what Urban must possess or have voting rights to unilaterally call the shots for CMKX) = 221 Bil Proven Short. Then you must add those you stated others (Canadian electronic, CEDE) = 221 Bil + ?? Shorts. We now have in our posession copies of your certs. You do not have to go to the trouble of faxing them. They did not supply e-mail addresses, so you will not get an e-mail confirmation. It will take some time to scan them all in and input the data, but you will all be able to confirm your cert numbers over the next couple weeks or so on the www.cmkmtaskforce.com web site.We still have several thousand certs in the pipe line ahead of you, so please be patient.
