Okay....I'll play devils advocate. Maybe they're just distancing themselves from CMKX and UC just in case lawsuits start popping up. In addition, there specifically stating that CMKM Diamonds has NEW legal council.

I sure hope this isn't the case, but I'm starting to wonder

I'm sure there is good reason for doing things in the extremely slow manner that the TF has approached this task, but I sure am getting sick of getting kicked in the crotch. Oh well, we wait some more. It's nice to know that the brokers, DTCC, and others are at least talking to members of the TF. I still think that Maheu has had to used the leverage of "we're going public". IMO, it happened again last week, after the March 15th deadline. As many have said, the "bad guys" aren't going to pay-up until they absolutely have to.

Because a task force formed to distribute the proceeds of a disgorgement MUST be independant of the original company. There must be no conflict of interest. This is law.

This few days delay was due to unprecedented endurance of the guy, who's balls were in a vice in the Maheu's dungeon. By all forecasts he was supposed to start singing on or before March, 15th.

Unfortunately, someone squeezed too hard, and he died on them. Now they have to look for another singer.

If the TF really wanted to provide some incentive for the remaining electronic shareholders to become interested and bonafide, now might be a good time to dangle some "other assets" for distribution out there. A PR of some valuation would serve this point well. Otherwise we wait as is.

Entourage is making itself look better and better, i would say. Perhaps they will coincidentally drop some great Smeaton core sample results and that will spark more cert pull response. Otherwise, some sort of CMKM cash asset distribution might be a good way to get a lot of unbonafides interested in getting and mailing their certs. Maybe more value will have to be put on the platter to get many more to go to the trouble of pulling and mailing copies of certs. It has to come from Entourage or cmkm. JMO.

I don't believe we know that for sure do we? I hope it's a separate company that we own all of but is not a subsidiary. That way... all shares are in the hands of the shareholders and not the company (cmkx)

This statement separates the Task of the Force to only pursue Naked Shorty from the matters, pertaining to CMKX claims, minerals, joint ventures, and all interconnected relationships with others, involved in the conglomerate.

We should expect news of a settlement to originate from the Task Force, not the company.

Here is another excerpt, that point in that direction:

"...there have been no funds received from brokers/dealers or any other sources. However, Frizzell has been in communication with firms as to issues pertaining to the inability to produce CMKM stock."

Frizzell is set to be our hero ...

We know its not just because of the etgmf shares. I doubt they would go through all the trouble of notifying all. It would be like who cares. I just dont see a settlement until everysingle last share is accounted for. Also Frizzell knows nothing, as he is a shareholder as well as his side kick Martin..

A very good smoke and mirrors PR, in my opinion.

The last paragraph, in and of itself, contains all kinds of wiggle room -- all kinds of things could happen.

Do I like the 2 month extension? No. Why 60 days? Why not only 30? That, to me, is almost contrived -- a manufactured too-long of time period.

But, the last paragraph, to me, strongly suggests that 2 months will not have to come to pass.

100% pure conjecture on my part.

1st, as Brigantine has stated, the Task Force must be established as having no ties to the company. Remember, the SEC is still trying to throw a monkey wrench into the works. Also, they mention later in the PR that the extension will allow the enforcement groups to determine compliance. That's why the distancing.

2nd, the Task force would be completely unaware (supposedly) that we are going to be getting a "buy-out" offer (per Mano) of $1.47/share. This buyout and subsequent rolling of assets into a new entity would be predicated upon a PPS for the buyout, not upon a fixed number of shares. If a buyout happens, those who are already "certified" will get the already assessed buyout price. The extension will allow those who haven't gotten their certs yet, time to do so.

3rd, if a buyout happens, then the counting of the certs publically would no longer be necessary. Validation could occur quietly without making anyone look publically "bad".

I don't think this is the last of it. Mano said 3 PR's and it looks like we have two more to go. I'm going to patiently wait a while.
