I'd like to know why they didn't "Notify" everyone when the cert pull first started, instead of waiting until we had three extensions. These guys really need to get their act together.

Boy,
Talk about bursting someone's bubble.
60 days. I was hoping to be in my new house before my daughter graduates from elementary school.
May 15th is cutting it way too close. I'm disappointed.
Going dormant.
Peace,
Forevercmkx

The only positive spin I see is that someone doesn't want to play the game (borker/mm) with IBM so he said fine we'll run up the cert numbers and prove to the world this thing is shorted and then we'll start naming names.
Another scare tactic by IBM?

That would have been the smart thing to do. We were all so busy thinking it would be unnecessary because all they are trying to do is prove a short. Well, looks to me like they are trying to get all certs out which means they must still have a lot left or they wouldn't bother spending money notifying people to get certs when there are none left to give. I hate to say it, but I think all of our theories are out the window along with Mano's $1.47/share. What a let down. Hope someone else can come up with a positive spin on this. Lana I'd like to know why they didn't "Notify" everyone when the cert pull first started, instead of waiting until we had three extensions. These guys really need to get their act together.

And where would you expect a "company" PR to show up? www.casavantmining.com is forwarded to Entourage. The only other place to hear from the "company" is on the task force site. No?

I wonder if the new attorney is a prosecuting attorney or a defense attorney. Is he going to fight for us or against us? Why does a POS revoked crumby little stock like this need a business litigation attorney when we don't even have a board of directors? curiouser and curiouser. I'm with TexP on this one. These boys need to get their act together.
