Not one mention of Naked Shorts or counterfeit shares.
Will that come up during the trials or will there be more lawsuits.

The lawsuit wants to cancel the cmkx shares that the defendants STILL OWN, and attach any money or other assets that the defendants recieved for the sale of stock that they no longer own. They can't cancel all the shares that WERE sold by the defendants, because they were bought (by us) in good faith.

Not one mention of Naked Shorts or counterfeit shares. Will that come up during the trials or will there be more lawsuits. It sounds like this first lawsuit is mainly aimed at cancelling all of the shares that Edwards and Desourmeau distributed -- due to their egregious behavior. That should put a fairly large dent in the OS, eh. As phxgold said in his derivative rights letter, this will benefit the shareholders who hold legitimate shares. Bring it on, Kevin & Bill! What would happen if we were holding the shares that Edwards and Desourmeau distributed and they were cancelled?

My thought too Funado! I think and or believe, imo, that this lawsuit is like a lean on their shares, so if the company were to hit the so called button and do a cash divi or whatever to us, the money could pass by them because of my choice of a word the "lean," on their shares because of this suit would prevent them from getting paid. because of this lawsuit filed on Friday. In my perception, if I am along the right thinking, just having this lawsuit filed is or was all that needed to happen in preventing them from getting paid. I wouldn't believe we would have to wait on their court hearing, just it filed, puts the lean on their shares to prevent them as counting as true shareholders, imo. But with all the evidence that is piled up on them would have me believing that they have not a prayer in ever getting paid on their shares because with the mounds of evidence that is most likely against them, the objective by Frizzell, of stripping their shares from them, will probably happen! So I think and it is of my opinion that the filing was a huge event in itself and the event that relates to our concern and everything else can take its path without holding us back. All in my opinion and perception!
