This is a filing for 2004 but was signed today. I didn't realize that they were a year or more behind in their filings. Why would they be doing this now? This appears to be more of a prospectus than a financial statement. Are they just catching up or is there some info we need in there.
Old info but filed today.... hmmmmm

On April 21, 2005, the Company entered into agreement with United Carina Resources Corp. and CM KM Diamon ds Inc. whereby each of these two companies can acquire a 10% interest in the Black Warrior Project by paying to the Company the sum of $40,000 and making exploration expenditures of $85,000.

The wheel is churning and the past is starting to match up with the present. I think we will see more events that happened 2 or 3 years ago finally have a closure. |

It has been stated that we have over 18 months of prs, so this might be the start. But the 18 months of prs was kind of a rumor. We will see soon, I am guessing.  |
