Saskatchewan Judgments...SHORE GOLD INC. V. WALKER If you have not read this you should. It the complete court account of the claims dispute between Shore Gold and Star Uranium. Really fascinating and quite educational. It is a long read, but very engaging. Grab a cup of coffee... tinyurl.com/2j62ha

Fantastic! Thanks pinkdiamond for finding this.
All the familiar names. It makes the relationship between Urban, Emerson Koch, and Rick Walker much clearer.
The excitement is truly building!!

Arnold Gutka testified on behalf of the defendants. He is a critical witness. He was initially retained by the defendant Urban Casavant and subsequently by the defendant Walker to represent him and the corporate defendants. Due to a death in his family (of his brother David) and a matrimonial dispute, he said he was under some stress. Although he was very emotional during his testimony, he appeared to be very dedicated to his task and was an honest witness and I accept his testimony even where it conflicts with other witnesses.
[16] He was advised about the registration of the mineral claims and was specifically told that he was to be first in line. He worked with the defendant Allen Moen who assisted him with respect to the proper procedure to be followed in order to ensure that Walker and the corporate defendants would be first in line to register the claim. He also was assisted in this endeavour by the defendant, Sharon Halldorson, Dan Koch, Emerson Koch and others (the "Gutka Group").He characterized his position as a boss. He also had discussions with representatives of the Department including Robert Lavigne.
-------------------
Sounds like these claims arent just UCA affiliated.
The Gutka's were very significant on the cmkx shareholders lists.
Good to see the apparent level of teamwork here by these named individuals.
Go CMKX! Go Gutka Group!

Great thread! Thanks Pink...and everyone else! Is Shore our friend? According to this, I don't think so! pr I haven't read this, but I would hope Shore is our friend since they seem to own almost all of the mineral rights where we once used to. Tony P.
