I do absolutely believe that vote tampering exists.

The fact that Billary was voted a second term, after proving his lack of morals, and Hillary is in a state office, pretty much sums it up for me.

No different than districts, and states reporting on outcomes before they even have one so they can swing the vote.

If electronic voting is to be allowed, then the created software should be presented to the countries best hackers, if they can't manipulate it, then use it, if they can, then trash it, but independent sources should be allowed to test it.

...and oh , one more thought......The D@^& news media should be put on a gag order until the last vote is counted. Their BIASED reporting is part of the reason for the decline of this great nation.
