Also, the Theft By Deception video is lousy too. Ignore the "861" argument. It put the maker of that video, Larken Rose, in jail. He's stupid in my opinion. The only argument you need is "Show me the law that makes me liabel and I'll pay". That's it, don't file folks.

Regardless if you have the courage to stand up for your Rights or not, you owe it to yourself and your children to know how the government is knowingly deceiving Americans. Look into the facts. For me, I decided to stop filing because not only did I not want to commit perjury but my conscience prevents me from giving money to criminals. The IRS is not the government, it is a collection agency for the Federal Reserve which as we all know is run by criminals. No income tax money goes to the government. Therefore no income tax money pays for any gov service. |

It suggests you file zero returns. Filing a return creates presumption which is the sole basis under which the IRS operates. Presumption. If you are not liabel to file a return, then don't file a return. And the burden of proof is on the IRS to prove you are liabel. Tell them to Show You The Law. They cannot because it does not exist. |

Where does your tax goes to pay? The Federal Reserve, privately owned.
So what money goes to pay for public services like roads, education, etc.... gas taxes, tire tax, liquor tax, etc, etc...
We are being intimidated through deception and fraud to pay money to a group of wealthy individuals who makes money out of thin air.

twenty plus years ago a group i worked with went
to a meeting dont pay income taxes
some got involved
all got in trouble
not only paid but lost homes etc due to penalties and such

Well it all comes down to whether we live in a De Jure or De Facto society. Do we still have Rule of Law or don't we? It is up to us to make sure the Law is in force. We created this government, therefore it is our duty to make sure it is operating correctly.
Gosh, if the people you know went to jail for taxes they did not owe. Then either they did not represent themselves correctly due to ignorance of the law or the IRS assumed authority they did not have. Either way they were taken advantage of.
Again, whether or not you all have the courage to stand upon your Rights, I encourage each and everyone of you to study the law and understand what is happening in America. Please, if not for yourself, for future generations. At some point this crime must end.

Fixe, apparently you haven't been filing your income tax returns, and since you apparently haven't got in trouble (yet), you feel empowered to advise others to do the same. What you do in your life is your business, but you should not be telling others to do so. It's like telling people to sell their cmkx because YOU think its' a 'scam', as most of the mods on the 666 board did.  , they (and you) tell people to do their DD, and you think that that absolves you of any responsibility for ruining their lives. The problem with that is most people are lazy, and believe what they read, and if they read your info (which will, of course, be slanted to support your position) first: then that's what they will believe. It's called 'first impressions'. Oh, and you know WHY you haven't got in trouble for not filing? Because you've been lucky. You might continue to be lucky for your whole life, but more likely is that at the worst possible time, just when you think your set for retirement, or something like that: BAM. The IRS will demand thirty years of back taxes. Refuse to pay? Say bye bye to your house and everything you own. Don't think they have that authority? THEY DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK !! |

You clearly haven't read all my posts. I've told people not to believe anyone at their word and to do their DD. And besides we're all adults aren't we? We know we must take responsibilitity for ourselves. That's all I am encouraging people to do here; to take responsibility. If you have no interest in the truth then so be it. But I will say it ONE more time and that will be the end of it for you appear to be a waste of effort. As Americans we have a DUTY to keep the government in check; for the sake of future generations study the law and discover the many ways the government is deceiving us.
