This was from another thread. I didn't want to specifically pick on Hawkeye, I did want to rant to everyone, so here you go. hawkeye: You acknowledge that the company may be gagged, but then go on to say that the company is being disrespectful to the shareholders with it's silence. It can't be both - either they're NOT gagged and the company is being unfair... or they ARE gagged and you cannot fault the company. Unfortunately, none of us KNOW which one is true. (fwiw, my very strong opinion is that there IS a gag - imposed by either the DOJ or an interplead judge) Ed Bingo Ejagacki. I can not believe that given the stream of info that came from the task force (okay, it was never as much or as often as we wanted) people now suddenly are thinking the company is screwing us or "being unfair." The childish impatience and impertinence of it all is getting on my nerves, quite frankly. People like Phx, My69z, Gr8Hiker and others come out and tell you what's what, that business, Interpleads, deals and "adjudications" take time and folks woo hoo their posts. Then in the next breath they whine because the company is being unfair to us and not giving us info... sigh. It's getting real old. |

Brig: I understand people feeling angry over the wait, from the purely subjective standpoint that we have already waited what sometimes seems an eternity. What I DON'T understand and have a low tolerance for is pointing fingers at the company, when there is every logical reason (imo) to see that the wait is being caused by EXTERNAL forces. The PR we received just before we went before Judge Brenda (March 2004, I think?) clearly indicated that the SEC was interfering with the company's desire to communicate with the shareholders. That may still be true, though I doubt it. I strongly believe that we have a gag on us via interplead judge, though it could also be the DOJ. So, being angry at: - the company, or - UC - who may already be OUT (complete with a non-disclosure), or - Frizzell - who did nothing but bust his butt for us (and probably is still not on the inside to any significant degree) ...is simply an exercise in tantrum throwing, imo. I believe tantrum throwing should be left to ill-behaved children, and not to otherwise-mature adults. Whew! So, okay, I guess I got my rant off! If my manner of expressing my opinions offends or irritates anyone, I am sorry. It is not my intent to demean anyone, or to miinimize their frustrations - I am equally upset about the long wait. I am financially overextended, and having trouble meeting basic expenses, as life has become more complicated (illness etc) since I embarked on this journey with y'all. I never expected my money to be tied up in this for somewhere near 3 years now. But, jumping up and down and taking shots at the company on a board that is supposed to be about helping to keep us from committing ritual suicide, is NOT what I consider helpful... or appropriate... or mature. Hey Brig.... Some of us learn patients more than others.. .IMO, there is no way Mr Mahue would be involved in nothing.. I have always thought that with a man like Mr Mahue, we'll probably hear nothing until it's over (and then learn very little of what really happened). I believe we have witnessed Roger Glenn's bear trap and Mr Mahue coming in for cleanup. Only time will tell. Long and stronger than ever  Spectrum |

I have always thought that with a man like Mr Mahue, we'll probably hear nothing until it's over (and then learn very little of what really happened). No ranting here , just tired , well , sick and tired of being sick and
tired . DDed out , rumored out , tired of getting on the board
everyday , but , can't seem to stop . Took some days off , on a
long weekend , so that did help .
Just like the rest of you , here till it's over , if it ever is .
