Two part question (instead of a poll):
1. Do you care if the shareholders work together?
2. How would you pull them together, or why don't you care?
TIA- C-Dub
PS: The results of this effort may be shared on 66 and/or 70.

Between this board, PB70 and CT, there are roughly 3000+ shareholders that work fine together. We extended an olive branch to 66 several months ago and got it shoved back in our face. No thanks. JMO ~

Thanks for your responses-
With respects guys, I'm looking for constructive inputs...something I can ask others to work on, and in return, things we can work on here too.
I understand some people have done some things in the past that have hurt relations...but I don't think those specific folks speak for everyone on either 66 or 70.

Do I care if we work together? Of course I do. I suspect 90% of us have the same goals, hopes and dreams. If I knew of a way to pull it off, however, it would already be done!!!
Excellent food for thought and I'd love to see it happen.

I will take a shot at it. 1. Yes I do care. 2. Take the focus off of CMKX. If a person has a computer problem, there are multiple posters there to help them. Give them a common goal to work towards, cause to rally around, or enemy to go after. (I am not referring to the war room, but maybe a market manipulator.) All IMHO. dt

C-Dub, Wow that is a hard question to answer? 99% of this board,IMHO want everyone to get along and be as we were?(united ) But it seems human nature has taken over and we have two different boards with very different views,IMO We have seen what GREED can do and it isn't pretty! It just seems that people have made up their minds whether we have been scammed or not? I wish I had a better answer for you? Just seems once people have made their minds up it is almost impossible to change minds? Lord you have done your best!!!!!!!!THX It unfortunately it seems like a losing battle.LOL Like TEX said an olive branch has been extended and was broken and thrown to the floor? I am 99.8% an optimist but 32/66 cannot see past their own faces and have turned into attackers? Every post that even suggests something positive it gets deleted? The playing field has to be level and it is not! So until that is corrected I cant see how we could possibly unite.IMHO. I truly respect what you are saying but it CANNOT be a one way street without a collision. You are in a class all by it self And we love ya for that!!! I wish I had the answer!! Island

1.) Yes, I do care.
2.) Not quite sure how to achieve unity. As pointed out in this thread, if UC or the TF communicated more with the shareholders, it would be much easier. Without that, we're left to our own devices. So far our devices haven't been doing so well...
If we had leadership for the internet shareholders, that could help. How to go about that is beyond me. For now we have multiple boards with different Leaders/Admins/Mods all with individual slants/thoughts/opinions. It would seem to me that our best chance would be a collaboration of some sort between the leaders of each board. Unity could trickle down the ranks from Admin to Mod to member to lurker to non-internet shareholder.

1. No
2. With due respect, there is no point to working or pulling together, (In reference to cmkx), what happens, happens. There is nothing any (or all) of us can do to affect the outcome. Other than send in your certs. (This includes the 'lawsuits' constantly talked about on pb66, it they became justified, they would still be a total waste of time and money) 2b. In reference to 'pulling together' as a Board, or online community: This board, and each of the other boards, is large enough to not have any need to associate with any of those other boards. A 'small town' is always better then a 'city'.

1. I most definitely care if the shareholders work together. As shareholders, we all have one common goal; to see the company succeed.
2. How to pull us together is extremely difficult. As shareholders of a stock that has been revoked no-one can give their two weeks notice or just walk out and quit being a shareholder. I don't believe there is a shareholder that at one point or another has not had a negative thought. Combine a personal bad day and no information from the company can make it a bad day. How an individual responds is out of our control. Through the experiences one encounters and starts to recognize their own pattern of handling the situation then and only then can an individual start to make changes.
We have all types of personalities on the boards. The final outcome of CMKX is not ours to make. We have been thrown into a unique situation. For those that understand "Team Work" coping with the given situation will be less stressful.
Human nature makes us all different. The written word is not easily interpreted. We all have different values. As human beings, our pasts reflect who we are today. Some individuals see the world through rose colored glasses. Others have none or little faith in others. Past experiences have taught us how to think, feel and how we need to respond to protect ourselves.
We are STUCK with CMKX. We're all on a message board trying to communicate with individuals we may never meet but we all share in the same hopes and dreams, but in different degrees. What we expect from CMKX differs but we know we want success. The success in dollar value is subjective in nature. Being subjective, there is no reason to argue this point. And again, the dollar amount we receive is not our decision to make so there is no need for an argument or words that hurt one another.
A lot depends on how we, as individuals see each situation. Some individuals take a lemon and make lemonade. Seeking out the good in any situation is the ultimate in positive thinking. Some individuals always look for the bad in any given situation. These individuals will not allow a good thought to enter their mind and stay there. They will end the sentence on the negative side. And then there are the majority of us who fall somewhere in between the two ends.
The boards give us the opportunity to grow as individuals. Gives us a chance to actually go back and read our responses and critique them if we think it necessary. The spoken word does not give us the opportunity to do this.
If, or I like to say WHEN CMKX fulfills our dreams we will all venture out into the world with the opportunity to make a complete change in our lives. The message boards are a good place to start communicating differently. Correct the error of our ways.
Who knows, the diplomacy learned on these boards may assist us in landing that first really big deal after we are millionaires.

you know the old saying, give them enough rope, they will hang themselves. on 66, noone forced them to write what they wrote, they did it themselves. and they gave themselves enough rope. they should remember that. maybe some of them should reread some of their posts. as far as your question goes, 66, no thanks. we have no problems with the other boards, we get along just fine.

and one last thing to add, 66 also tried to get lawsuits started, a group there tried to take over cmkx, our claims, and insert their own adgenda for the company.
whoever messes with my investment wrongs me, and i do not forget that easily. not only did they try that towards me, but to 60,000 other shareholders.
and to be friends with us, I don't think so.. they shown they are the enemy. right there with shorty and the hedge funds.
we even didn't want to have any board wars, so we stopped them, but, they continued to attack, and like anything, you have a right to defend yourself..
gloves were off. they can kiss our ass as far as i am concerned.

C-Dub, Noble endeavor.
But one thing you have to realize, is that on PB66(6), a vast plurality want to see CMKX fail. And to that end, they even put their financial and personal freedoms at stake.
Do you really think they'd be interested in seeing the boards come together in a benevolent co-existence?
IMO, they'd be open to such an approach only to gain access to PB 57, to infiltrate our ranks, just to do to us, what they have done to so many other boards in the past.
The arrogance and self-righteousness would be toned down for a while, particularly from the more outspoken mods over at 66, just to get their foot in the door. Then, after a while, a month or two or three, the S-O-S would start on PB57, all over again.
You can't change the stripes on a zebra! (or some such adage like that)
As British Prime Minister Chamberlain once said, we can have peace in our day...as he brought home to England, a peace treaty signed by himself and Hitler. Hitler promptly took over the rest of Europe, and declared war on England.
C-Dub, you have to realize the motivation of the usual suspects over there. They don't appear to want a united front against the shorties. They are apparently in cahoots with the shorties, trying everything they can to delay and confound the Task Force efforts. The libel... the threatened law suits...the innuendos against UC, et al...the half-truths, data dumps that mean nothing...erroneous conclusions drawn from irrelevant sources.
As I have challenged them many times, if there was any evidence to prove UC was criminal in any of his activities, SHOW it! I got deleted, banned, and verbally crucified...and all with not one bit of proof against UC.
YOU have a noble cause, but it's being wasted on a group whose purpose is counter to what ours is. Oil and water will not mix, regardless of how much you try to stir them together.
Could you imagine if timontoo were to become a mod over here??? It would be a good way to motivate the creation of ANOTHER new message board (imo). Goodness know we don't need another message board.
In my most humble opinion, the rifts between the two boards are irrevocable and ever-widening. Now that some of the usual suspect seem to have disappeared, I would guess they feel confident their work has caused the negativity to become self-sustaining on PB66, and they have moved on to their next assignments...or else they have become nervous at their notoriety, and fear for the subpoenas that will surely come resulting from their libelous remarks.
C-Dub, PB66 is a lost cause, with few exceptions. If I were you, I'd just forget them, unless you want some occasional comic relief.
Even then, it's dark humor.
imo john

Two part question (instead of a poll): 1. Do you care if the shareholders work together? 2. How would you pull them together, or why don't you care? TIA- C-Dub PS: The results of this effort may be shared on 66 and/or 70. This is kind of a tricky question. It has an altruistic component that is in conflict with basic human nature. I care that the shareholders work together and think that simple discussion would handle this effort with most. Some people have a black heart. No matter what you do, you can not overcome or change the nature of such a person. They are extremely self-centered and care not about those around them. The only thing that can be done for such a person is to encourage them to develop a view that at least one other person (or animal) exists as something to be cherished and having value. This then has to be expanded to include more and more of humanity. Some people are followers. They deem the worth of someone else to be greater than their own. These types easily fall under the influence of someone (or group) that is showing a cohesive direction and/or personal charisma. These can be good or bad. Usually, awakening their self-respect or isolating them from the influence they currently follow while a different influence is presented will cause them to shift stance. Some people have a very high self-esteem and are challenged by causes or efforts that they deem worthy or of value. These can be presented a worthy cause to follow and good reasons to do so. In other words, you can form a mutually beneficial alliance with these types. Most are in-between the above types. They follow their head or their heart. They are open to new information and new emotional pulls. They can shift in any direction. They are capable of extremely good and extremely evil things, so long as it is for a greater (than themselves) good. This good could be spouse, family, group, friendship, philosophical point of view or God. In short, you are dealing with a broad spectrum of people. Each requires different handling in order to generate a cohesive whole. Some will never join in. I wish you good luck in your desired goal of re-uniting all shareholders to a common purpose. I don’t think you will ever see success, but the goal is a worthy one and you can make a large and worthwhile impact on the majority of this group. Just don’t beat yourself up too much over the remainder.

In a perfect world, it'd naturally be better to have all the boards work together and respect everyone's opinion.
In reality, though, PB66 is based on different concepts than PB57 and PB70 imo. And the concepts are in heavy conflict.
I think it may be important someday for all of the boards to work together to achieve a common cause. After all, one of our strengths as CMKXers is the fact that we have 60,000 shareholders, or somewhere around that number, who don't and won't give up.
We may well need those numbers to achieve victory over shorty. In that event, I'm hoping that everybody is able to work together.
I don't, however, see everybody joining together into a single board, or issuing some kind of truce -- unless the basic concepts that the boards are founded on change drastically.
I do salute your attempt to bring this up for discussion, though, C-Dub. It'd be great if more people thought like you do in this regard.

Hi Chuck, For the most part the long shareholders of CMKX do get together.
Those who are short CMKX will never be at peace with the long shareholders until the company is dead and gone or they have settled.
Most of the most vocal and obnoxious voices on 66 are involved in trying to take profit from the long shareholders for their personal gain. There are a couple of people who dislike the company intensely who are not, but they are being manipulated by friends of shorty.
There is a group of around 10 paid bashers/hedge fund workers who have totally hijacked that board from the long shareholders. A few were imported from Allstocks and they did the same thing there.
One has stated he no longer owns CMKX but he posted over 350 times in December. He uses personal attacks as do most of the core group of 10 who appear to be paid. They jump any positive poster and if you have any doubt about that try posting something positive in response to a negative thread they are camped out on.
At this point It would be easier to guess who isn't a hedge fund shareholder, employee or otherwise paid to be frequenting that board. I don't think husband and wife team or Agaf-whatever his name is are. 'Aggie' seems to have become more reasonable. A former Admin or Moderator is a joke. He claimed he had to leave the board for the sake of his marriage yet he continues to post 24/7.
Overall, I think there is unity. You wrote a wonderful post on this subject and I think every person of good will responded positively to that post. The ones who bashed your attempts at peace are the usual suspects. If 66 wants to have unity it needs to do some housecleaning.
We don't all have to have the same opionion. But we do all need to want the long shareholders to succeed in getting the return on their investment for the shares they purchased. As long as the short CMKX'ers are in large part running the show at 66, unity will be impossible since our purposes are polar opposites.
This is my honest opinion from the way that the facts appear. Many of the very sisible people who are negative now when shorty needs to settle up, were positive when shorty was selling/dumping CMKX shares. It could be a 'co-inky-dink' but I don't think so. -Debi

Friday was a good example... the board was split pretty down the middle on how they felt... pro and con.. we vented and expressed our frustration and thoughts and opinions as to where we stood and why.. some vents were probably in the extreme but considering it was late Friday' and the fact that we were all expecting some form of news, we ironed it out and now here we are... Sunday.. back to normal... that's what is great about this and other similar boards... IMHO

TIA- C-Dub PS: The results of this effort may be shared on 66 and/or 70. First, one has to ask, what is the goal? To mend fences with anonymous internet posters who's stated goal is to bring down the people I invested my hard earned money with, in hopes they would return an ROI? Put them in Jail say I, for their repeated libelous attacks on our company's board. To mend fences with the humans behind the anonymous internet posters who tried and apparently still try to bring down the company that is trying to provide a return on my investment? Right, that'll happen. And if it could be proved that the repeated attacks on our board were not libelous, nor slanderous, nor vicious ( ) would I be interested in becoming friends with these scumbag entrails... Not bloody fooking likely. Life's too short to associate with arseholes. Have a very nice weekend, all.

Hey Lynn, Generally, I'm trying to keep out of direct conversation, as I'm not trying to steer the group in a specific direction. I'm not going to measure success by an overnight conversion of three boards back to one, or by believing it's possible that all of us will think identically. I'm looking for incremental success...and just getting people warmed to the idea of talking is a great first step, IMO. Without communication, there is no cohesion. I'm not putting my efforts out in the hopes of converting those who will cling to extremism on any side of the various arguments involved. I believe that there's always a few isolated types in any crowd. But it is up to the group at large how much of that extremism they are willing to tolerate...or not tolerate. Peer pressure can be a wonderful thing. Besides, I believe those who will cling to extreme negative/pumping beliefs and actions are quite likely potential non-investors; I believe 95% are here for a purpose that has nothing to do with seeing a positive outcome for you or I. Those types will, by the nature of their efforts, make it quite clear what they desire...either they want to succeed as investors, or they want something else, IMO. Thanks for your post! I ask you to consider that sometimes it takes one...one person who is willing to rise above the din of apathy, and reach out to others...even if it's difficult, or has been unsuccessful in the past... ;D With Respects- C-Dub Chuck: Have you read the responss on PB66. They have absolutely no interest in mending fences. Very sad but it takes two... Lynn

We have a nice bunch of them here already, in my opinion.
If you have not already done so, I would suggest starting on PB32\66 with a poll relating to bridgebuilding. They already know how to burn them.
