I received a PM asking my thoughts on Andy and his opinions at the moment, so I thought I would take a poll on it. Please vote, then share any thoughts you are having about Andy, his position at this time, how you feel about his method of posting and whatever else you would like to share. I think he is telling us to look past CMKx. They are just a tool to clear up the short on CIM. IMO

I only did the poll upon receiving a request from a board member. I stick up for Andy . . . He is allowed his opinion. Hell . . . Andy can vote in the poll too. |

We are being herded . I don't mean that in a bad way , its a sort of manipulation . We are getting lots of rumors about a cash payout that varies from 8 cents to 1.63 . This serves to get EVERYONE or at least as many as possible to pull certs . We are probably NOT getting 1.63 or whatever the high mark is . So Andy comes in who although is no longer part of the company WAS our liaison with them . He is saying he'd be happy with .005 ! Can't tell you what we MAY get though ! His job is to bring the our level of reward back down a few notches ! You asked me to vote on a possibility , I did but with a big IF ! I don't think an ex IR man should be posting on a message board about the company , it doesn't seem like god business ethics , so I would have to presume its for a purpose ! Just like I think the cert pull has more to it than we know ! All they need is for the cert requests to logged by the T/A , but they took it a step further for a purpose , but the fax in is NOT needed to prove the NSS ! It's NOT needed for any payout either ! I have already very plainly stated my opinion on the subject and am not wont to re-hash old news. I suggest the rest of us follow suit. Either read his gurgitations or don't. It is that simple.

 I really don't know what to make of him anymore..., my wife and I felt he was in the know and heart warming to say the least. But after all the S!%# that he has said after wards has really screwed shareholders minds up. He maybe right, he maybe wrong, who knows but the point is all the crap that he has said in the past. Now it seems he is trying to clear the air of his past statements by stating that he didn't read the docs until Nov..., really folks, do you think that an IR guy that was pumping us and a fellow shareholder wouldn't check into something this big. What was he doing with his time, thinking up them riddles so he could laugh at us when we were trying to piece them together. I could go on and on but I don't want to hear his name again..., Andy is the con. If we are in the foggy forest then Andy is up to his neck in water looking at all of us while we try and find the way up the hill. Well said........he's pathetic. He either has no character at all or was sooo desparate for that IR job. sjc |
