Keep in mind CERTS are simply blank
and there is an endless supply of blank certs.
As requests come in for shares to be certed then CERTS are filled in per request and sent out to the respective shareholders.
Once 703b is hit.... NO MORE CERTS.
Any continued demand for shares to be certed beyond the 703b will hence begin the confirmation of a short.
I am sure we will know very quickly when 1st Global reaches the 703b total with the number of people continuing to contact them on a daily basis...LOL
And IMO the Task Force will allow reasonable time for every valid cert to be faxed.
Precisely why, IMO there is no money coming by any possible settlement until the cert fax campaign is completed and that won't be until some time after the end of January which is currently the cut off for faxing.
So, keep faxing and wait for your Task Force to communicate in an OFFICIAL manner.

okanagan, just rumors, but it's been said that UC with or without the Insiders own the OS, which I would expect to be in CERT's, so where does that put us with your saying they will stop the CERT's when the OS of 703B is reached ?
I sure hope ALL will get something, even if the late-commer none CERT holders receive less or later !

James...well that simply does not concur
with what I was told a year ago and what Urban himself told me this November...
"there is no majority control of CMKX. Why would anyone want majority control of a shell company?"
Urban said this..not me.
I have looked at the trading records and the certs issued and surrendered. It tells the REAL story to me plain as day.
The most important period of time for CMKX as to when things went seriously wrong is after the name and cusip and symbol change in March/04, because from then to the latter part of August/04, approx 500 bill shares were blown into the O/S, based on opinion letters to allow Rule 144 stock to become free trading almost immediately. Precisely one of the major reasons the SEC suspended trading on CMKX in March/05.
The only shares to come off the o/s was the 75 bill from Dhonau and it appears from the Hearing transcript, he chose to walk away.
703 bill o/s is probably very closely reflective to the FLOAT as well at the time of revocation.
But hey..I still vote YES to all good rumors.

Andy, I cant believe you wrote this!, after all your pumping with CMKX. Are you playing with us?. Do you feel happy giving us hope and then, suddenly, changing your tone?. If this is "terribly wrong" as you are saying now, many will have legal problems.
Psss, I prefer that you tell us the truth... no matter if this is a bad outcome for us.

Selgi...it is what it is and I certainly
did not create it. The 703b was created while I was a sharholder. The trouble is we did not learn of the 703b figure until March(?) of 2005 (might have been February).
and I did not have a chance to look at some of the documentation until November of this year after I stopped providing IR.
upon looking things over again as a shareholder I am entitled to form some opinions on what transpired and how it may have happened.
it has not changed my belief we stand a good chance of seeing some cash money from a settlement from the efforts of the TASK FORCE. however, it makes no logical sense money is fortcoming now as the CERT pull and FAX campaign is not over until January/06. Kind of difficult to see how a distibution could come until sometime after this date.
therefore, I will wait for the TASK FORCE to tell all shareholders via an OFFICIAL communications rather than the rumor of the day.
has it occurred to anyone that these high per share settlement numbers could be coming by broker firms who have everything to lose by settling with the Task Force (?). perhaps the enemy is hoping if shareholders continue to get increasingly frustrated, then a class action will ensue.
the enemy would of course love that to happen.
hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
based on that I continue to feel the Task Force is not saying anything to anyone because they would also be telling the enemy. Maheu IMO is a bit too smart to play into the enemies hand.

Well consider this and it came straight
from Ron Casavant today.
Urban Casavant is under no restrictions in terms of travelling back and forth between Canada and the United States.
ie Urban still has his passport and is not about to be arrested by any regulatory bodies or agencies.
IMO Ron Casavant is as reliable as anyone in terms of some of the TRUE realities of things like possible settlement via the TASK FORCE and not via RUMORS. IMO Ron Casavant is a reliable source for what CIM is about and that it still only holds unproven claims for Zinc deposits and that there is absolutely no definitive date as to when CIM will go public.
But of course you and everyone else are totally free to believe what ever they want.

Srike4..I still don't know who..
the GUILTY parties may be.
But, from the documentation it appears control was held by Saskatchewan and Nevada (Vegas) and Florida people at various stages along the way, based on cumulative CERT holdings.
IMO, UC gave up too much to get the money he needed to drill and after that it all went to crapola by the end of August/04, long before I took on the IR role. What UC and others may have thought was fixable became unfixable and ultimately lead to the revocation.
I will stick around for the outcome now that I am LOCKED just like you mate.
