Please delete if already posted... www.cmkmdiamondsinc.com/faq.phpFrequently Asked Questions FAQ Session #4: September 20, 2007 Q) What’s really going on? This is weird. Lots of stuff doesn't make sense. When will we be paid? You are being given the facts and the whole truths in the filings made in the State court of Nevada. After receiving literally tens of thousands of new documents in the past few months, the Company cannot find any proof that there was ever a legitimate effort made by former management to increase shareholder value. While shareholders were being dazzled with optimistic press releases, insiders were converting corporate funds into private investments, real estate, automobiles, motor homes, fancy dinners, gambling and too many other acts of corporate waste and embezzlement to name in this forum. Once again, our very in depth research concludes that absolutely NO FUNDS have ever been set aside for payment to shareholders. Q) Why does the substitution of attorney paper work filed in Nevada have CMKM as a Nevada corp.? I thought that this was changed to a Texas corp. Both court cases were filed when CMKM was a Nevada Corporation. The lawsuits will be guided by Nevada law because the wrongdoings occurred while the Company was a Nevada Corporation. The Plan of Conversion states that the same CMKM Diamonds, Inc as a Nevada corporation is wholly converted to CMKM Diamonds, Inc. as a Texas corporation. Q) Does the TOGI have anything to do with CMKX and will the TOGI benefit if anything is recovered for CMKX? TOGI or The Owners Group, Inc., is a completely separate company and has nothing to do with CMKM Diamonds, Inc. TOGI will not benefit in any way from any possible recoveries by CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Q) Do some or all the lawsuits have to be finished first before we can start trading? No. The lawsuits do not affect the process that the Company must go through to return to trading. The Company has been forced to use the lawsuits to acquire financial records and other documents that pertain to the dealings of the Company for the last four years. Q) With the information available to you, are you hopeful that current shareholders will ever get a return on their investment? If so, do you expect that we are more likely to get a return through litigation or through returning to trading? The Company will not comment on the possibilities of any potential returns on CMKM stock. The Company is focused on using every means possible to rebuild the company and return it to trading status. Q) Is the company not concerned about all the 1087 claims lapsing? The Company is concerned with the status of these claims and is making appropriate inquiries into the matter. The Company does not appear to own any claims at this point. Q) Is it necessary to return to trading status in order to deal with the failure to deliver issue? Yes. Q) Is the company aware of the alleged trading of CMKX shares through Euroclear Belgium? Yes, the Company is investigating the Euroclear trading. Q) Can you provide a timeline for the completion of the shareholder audit? Too many variables are involved in all phases of the Company shareholder audit to be able to offer any timelines. Q) What can we, the CMKM shareholders, do to help the company in it's fight to move forward and to become a trading company again? Writing emails and letters to our government officials doesn't seem to have had any effect on the situation for the most part, so what can we do to help? Thank you. Unfortunately, former officers and insiders of the Company continue to elude our process servers. This Company needs all records of the many investments and expenditures so an audit of the Company can be completed. We will eventually obtain all books and records through the legal process. However, the refusal of prior management and insiders to help the Company in this regard will needlessly delay the return to trading status. If you can be of any help in this regard, please do so. Q) Why are we worried about core samples and airborne surveys if we have no mineral claims? The claims may not be in the Company’s name, but the Company believes that it has legal right to those claims. The Company intends to protect its rights in this regard. Q) Is there a possibility that we may have mineral claims in the future? Yes, there is a possibility. Q) Can you clarify why we need to defend our 45 million shares of entourage against returning this asset to the company from which we exchanged for a valued mining claim? Is the mining claim that we exchanged for the 45 million shares of entourage of any value to CMKM? These matters will most likely be issues which will be resolved in the Entourage suit. -Back to Top

Why the ? This doesn't look good for the shareholders.. Do you know something we don't? I think it's hopeful that the company has not given up hope on any of the possibilities for recovering our investment. However, it may be a tough slog getting there.

How can we believe anything the company says anymore...nothing makes sense Ask yourself this...Has anything on what some think "the other company" said in the past ever come true? Has anything Jay, ACCA, the Belgiums, or any of the other so called Guru's come true? Let me help here...the answer is NO! Not once! It's about time shareholders come to reality, and that's Urban scammed all of us. You can take this to the bank, otherwise he would have talked to us by now or we would have a check in our hands. I believe KW is telling us the truth. There is NOTHING he has said in past releases that can be proven as false. The man appears to be honest, and it's a tough job to tell people what they don't want to hear. It is understandable that the truth can be a bitter pill to swallow, especially what we've all been through. But it's about time to step up to the plate, come out of fantasy land, and accept the fact that Urban pulled off the scam of a lifetime. On the bright side, maybe within a year we'll have enough pieces in place to come to trading status and get some of our money back!

...I agree. I think there are too many willing to chalk it up to "scam" without taking the "whole" picture into consideration. There ARE shareholders with serious connections within the government and the market--perhaps even the policing agencies. It might be time for some to start calling in some favors and start pushing the company much harder than it is being pushed now. pr

\\Nothing ANYBODY has ever said has ever come true. This includes Urban, IBM, all gurus , Frizzle and Kevin. Of course, some of these people never really said anything, in the first place. But that doesn't mean that any given statement was untrue, just that it hasn't happened YET.

Since communications "opened up" and all the bad news has been dribbled to the shareholders, including the fact, and proved with signed documents, that we have no claims what so ever... I have been wondering HOW COULD WE and WHY EVEN BOTHER to return to trading... Now he says we could POSSIBLY have claims...
C'mon quite dangling that carrot in front of us and let us know the whole truth and stop the tid bits that raise more questions that you cannot answer.

I used to teasingly tell my children, when they weren't completely honest with me, that their noses would grow (like Pinocchio-one of their favorite stories). They would giggle and confess, if what they were saying wasn't true. Someone in this saga, should have very long noses by now. Just wish I knew who

This is what should turn our stomachs. There is no reason why KW should lie about this, absolutely none! It's information that's just hard to swallow. Notice NO FUNDS is in caps! The message is loud and clear.

There is no reason why KW should lie about this, absolutely none! It's information that's just hard to swallow. Notice NO FUNDS is in caps! The message is loud and clear. Hi Cobra, Urban knew the company was being shorted almost immediately and he sought help. He may have suspected that this would happen and been prepared ahead of time. We heard from Davidjmar that he personally told Urban about it early on and UC was very angry It's important to note that even if Urban used every available fund for exploration, drilling, communication and legal expenses, the shareholders would not have been the beneficiaries. The way the 14C was set up there were an extremely limited number of shares available for retail investors (approximately 5-7%). And the ring of criminals involved in this naked shorting scandal are/were very connected in every conceivable way. Ordinarily there would be constant reverse splits to keep the 14C people flush with high priced shares and the investors would be cheated out of any possible ROI. We didn't see this happen. What we may be seeing is the 14C group getting their just desserts by ending up with nothing and the investors being rewarded with the eventual ROI they should have had PLUS an added bonus from the naked short regardless of how it is taken care of. Given the scenario that Urban found himself in AND the team he brought on board - IBM, Roger Glenn, Donald Stocklein plus others, I don't think they would leave a blueprint of where to find assets that will be used the benefit of those outside the 14C. Two separate possibilities exist about CMKX. One has Urban and team being the good guys, protecting the assets for their benefit as well as ours. The other has Urban as one of the key players in a scam against us. Since this RICO violating Naked Shorted ring had worked over a ton of other companies and Urban wasn't involved in those, that doesn't seem to be the most likely scenario. That doesn't even take into consideration what kind of person he may or may not be. The company still appears to be parsing their words to fit a picture they are painting. They literally said 'You are being given the facts and the whole truths in the filings made in the State court of Nevada'. I accept that we are being given the whole truths in the filings made in the State court of Nevada. But this question remains: is every known fact about the claims, bank accounts, persons and agencies involved, and their connections to the various government agencies and/or criminals being brought to light in the filings made in the State court of Nevada (or elsewhere for that matter)? I fully doubt it. I also think that there has been considerable effort made to increase shareholder value being the scenes and in ways that would escape the tentacles of the criminal element the CMKI shell was entangled with as well as any governmental agencies with 'sticky fingered' connections. It's going to take a lot more transparency than what we are seeing to get the shareholder's who have been paying attention to believe they have been given the whole truth. IMO-Debi

Couldn't Roger Glenn and Edward and Angell's be deemed culpible of this,if true?
Why can't I just believe what they are telling me,like they want me to?
Sorry Bill and Kevin, but you just haven't been able to convince me yet.

IMO-Debi Debi, Nice response! I can agree with most of what you said. But it sure appears Urban used our investment for personal use. This has been mentioned by KW several times in the past. This is what bothers me to no end, and something that I've come to believe in. I've heard that KW has absolute proof that Urban's expenditures were not on the up and up. If true, I'm sure we'll all see it in the future. I believe future litigation and defense strategy is keeping this information from us at this time. Don't take me wrong, I've been in this stock as long as the rest of us, maybe longer (5 plus years). I'd love to see it work out! But if things were on the up and up it would have worked out already. On another point, it's beats the heck out of me why Urban hasn't said a single word for what seems like forever. I cannot accept the reasoning that he's not allowed to speak to us. This excuse doesn't hold water. If he was innocent, he could easily communicate to the SH and simply say everythings all right and we'll get things done soon, or everythings not alright and we're working on it. But not a word from him for the past two years. This by itself says things are not right.

My opinions regarding Urban are in my view entirely his fault. About time he comes out of the closet and clears things up. All I'm asking is for him to communicate with us. With the money we invested in this stock, that's not much to ask! If you want something positive, I still do think we'll trade again sometime in 08. But there's a big mess to clean up first. IMO

But not a word from him for the past two years. This by itself says things are not right. Hi Cobra, I would agree that there appears to be proof that Urban used company money for all kinds of expenses unrelated to CMKX. I think he did this as a further invitation to all the 'usual suspects' to short the daylights out of CMKX. They obviously accepted his invitation AND to this day scoff at the idea that they may be held accountable for their actions. The presence of bashers on multiple boards, who have attacked posters of good will day and night for years (over a revoked pink sheet), more or less proves that point. It's been rumored for eons that UC bought every available share in CMKX (along with some family/and or friends). IF he owns the whole company would those funds be available to be treated differently? That may be an irrelevant question, but I threw it out there anyway. I disagree about silence being synonymous with guilt. I don't think Urban is free to speak yet. It may not be the SEC silencing him at this point. It could be the fact that there are ongoing court cases, the fact that the NS still appears to be unresolved, the fact that there still appear to be 'pockets' of graft and greed within the SEC (USXP and it's treatment spring to mind), and the most likely reason is that very few if any charges have been leveled against anyone related to the CMKX/NS debacle. Until all the players who will be charged have been indicted, I highly doubt that UC will be free to speak to us. He is most likely a star witness, plaintiff or defendant in any court case that any governmental agency may bring forward. Lastly, the claims that are the subject of multiple court cases have been viciously fought over even though their value is currently unknown. WHY on earth would Urban communicate the value of claims OR the exact method of protecting those claims as long as there are those seeking to obtain them in any way (legal or illegal) that they can? I wouldn't. A man's gotta do what a man's got to do! IMO -Debi

Debi, if he wanted the suspects to short CMKX, there had to be a better way. I have a hard time accepting this as a reason for spending our investment for his personal use. All he had to do was hide the money in a trust. Laws prohibit taking shareholders money and spending it on items not company related...like gambling.

FAQ Session #4: September 20, 2007 Q) What’s really going on?
This is what should turn our stomachs. There is no reason why KW should lie about this, absolutely none! It's information that's just hard to swallow. Notice NO FUNDS is in caps! The message is loud and clear. Not so sure I agree. In that answer there's a lot being said, straight from the horses mouth. There must be assets worth pursuing, otherwise after "tens of thousands of documents" they wouldn't be spending "tens of thousands" on a team of attorneys and experts to bring the company "back to trading." pr

Here's a question for KW: Kevin, we've all read your updates, wherein you very firmly state that - to your knowledge - there are NO "secret agreements" with NSS'ers etc, and NO "trust funds" or other money's being held for the shareholders. Now answer this: IF there WERE any of these things, and you were under a 'gag order' or had signed the equivalent legal document; would you not be legally required to say the exact same thing?
