I wonder if they will post any documents that have been signed by Urban showing he has given over the Co. to Kevin.
Seems like we should be able to see the agreement with Urban's signature.
Or have I just missed it ?

Or have I just missed it ? Hades You didn't miss it...and my understanding is that it was requested to be shown. Nothing before its time, I imagine. But it sure seems like a lot more ought to be made available to the shareholders. pr  |

Thanks pr,  it doesn't make sense why it can't be shown. What purpose would be served to keep it from being seen. It is stated it was signed giving them control. Why not display it. What's the secret ?  Hades |

Not sure we need that document, UC PRed that KW was the CEO and as the CEO he have the right to move the company where he want.....My opinion. Thanks pr, it doesn't make sense why it can't be shown. What purpose would be served to keep it from being seen. It is stated it was signed giving them control. Why not display it. What's the secret ? Hades |

i dont believ a pr. in it self is legal enough , compared to a signed document to create legality. imo. just thinking . , any one could say i appoint you ceo ,of such a co. , doesnt make sense. twt.

Well, how many times with this company has the wrong paper work or no paperwork at all been filled out to do something properly. They may have put a PR out that Kevin is the CEO but they could easily say... ooops looks like we didn't fill out the proper paper work to make the offical transfer and Urban is still the companies true CEO. JMO

isnt this a disgraceful way to run an entity , leaving share holders to decide what side to choose, without any valifacation, from any one in charge, how does one make a decision on this kind of a matter that is important for the security of the shareholder , , is this another  ? or a plan to dump shareholders god help us , please, twt. |
