To all CMKM shareholders:
6-01-07

On behalf of the Company, I attended the scheduled hearing with our attorneys on Wednesday morning at the Nevada District Courthouse in Las Vegas. Once again, there were not any defendants or attorneys for the defendants present. In order to allow more time for some of the defendants to be served, the Temporary Restraining Order was extended along with continued rights of full discovery. A motion for the preliminary injunction will be heard in Judge Denton’s court on Monday, June 11th. Attorney for CMKM, David Koch, will be present for this motion without the need for Bill Frizzell or myself to be there.

Based on the results of the subpoenas that we have sent out over the last few weeks, and depending on the advice of our attorneys, we may be adding a new party or parties to an amended TRO.

I appreciate the shareholders that attended the courthouse to show their support. Some questions were asked by shareholders that cannot be answered at this time due to litigation matters.

I will continue to keep you up to date on events as they unfold. Have a wonderful weekend with family and friends.

Can we say ShoreGold will be added IMO. I must admit I was convinced we were shoregold, recently found information how crooked shoregold's brokers are and company and other mining company's won't deal with shoregold.

As for this pr it's communication as promised and nothing more than I expected at this point in time.

Well in 10 days it will be interesting to see who they add, IF they add as suggested. And I don't think August will see a court date--March maybe, but not August. Sad to say, I think we're in for a long haul.

Focusing on the BIG picture rather than the close-up, if this is nearly as extensive and invasive as the DD suggests...then what we're getting from them is minimal information just to placate the shareholders. Yes, we're getting more than we did from Urban...but we're not getting strategy and that's what the shareholders want to read. Not saying it is right--but it is what it is.

huh,,,,,,,,any form of communication from a CEO can be used against them.

he said the website was set up for.............to communicate,,,,so anything on that site is fair game.

My assumption is, because we are not actively trading they are not PRs from the company that provide information you could do business with. These are merely updates from the CEO meant to inform, not elicit action.

In order to allow more time for some of the defendants to be served, we have decided to use Christmas cards because that's how long it will take to notify them all.

Hope there is not too much snow this year so the mail gets thru.

If KW represents the CO. then who is the CO. if it's us, i don't remember receiving a proxy to vote him in, If UC still owns the CO. as i suspect he does, then this is staged as many believe IMO

And I really,,,,,,,,reealy doubt Urban controls CMKX now.

It can be staged with him sitting in the audience....no need to control CMKX and at this point....it'd be fraud.

I was happy Kevin addressed the questions asked by shareholders at the hearing. I think he was referring to Endermo and davidjmar.
What I read about that transfer here on the board and pal talk I was disappointed the way it was all portrayed.
By addressing this event after the hearing,I think kevin gave an honest answer that due to current litigation,he was unable to answer them.
For now that is good enough for me.

I'm waiting patiently and I am thankful I am able to remain patient.
I hope all of you out there can do the same.
I personally would not like to be in Kevin West's shoes right now. Too tough a spot.

So even though i have no shoes,i do not want his. lol a little (very little) levity.
