Well - - - That pretty much spells it out. Thanks for posting it Shroom... (On a side note - Whoever placed the "Property of Pro CMKX 500" across each page should be reminded that the documents are Public Information and by placing the brand across each page, makes them appear to be a self serving, attention seeker...and is extremely distracting) JMO  |

I can't get the file to work, but am quite sure it simply says "prevent these guys (including Urban) from selling anything they own (Including this stuff), as we might be able to prove that we should get it." Don't read the result of a lawsuit into the mere fact that it was filed.

Ha, it finally opened. It says what I thought it would say, but much less. Basically the 59 page document can be summed up like so: "Cmkx should have made two hundred million dollars from sale of stock, and has none. Lots of people spent lots of money on lots of things, and we think we have a good chance of proving that lots of that money should revert to the companies coffers."

Before everyone decides that Urban was basically looting the company, and hiding that money in the 'irrevocable trust', and in real estate purchases;(which is basically what the lawsuit alleges). Remember that the story has been for a long time that Urban was 'protecting' our/the companies money from the 'bad guys'. How exactly could he do that? Simply by 'stealing' it first. If the money is in his name/control, it is safe from anyone else. If you want the real story on whats going on, find out what Urban's attitude is toward the lawsuit. Aghast? Or cheerful.

Oops, I did that wrong.
Texas Pride, I don't claim to speak for Mona, but I believe the reason she put a watermark on the doc is that they paid for Clark County, NV clerk's office to send it to them it and they wanted people to know who was responsible for availing it to us. This is what I gathered from being in paltalk when this was published there.

In my opinion, if UC was protecting the money for us, I don't think he'd disburse and spend the money as the paper trail indicates. Paying off gambling debts? Laundering money by selling the same property over and over again? I find it difficult to believe at this time. I'd be very interested to see his reaction to all this also, these are some very serious allegations. This is a civil suit but I believe might eventually fall under the RICO laws if proven true. JMHO |

Dito ... I feel KW should come out and explain to us WTF is going on. The doc basicly proves that UC scammed us and used CMKX to steal millions of $$ from us. |

Now this may sound stupid,but what if Urban is crooked like everyone is saying (not me),why would he buy 8 trucks. What was he planning on doing with them. I could think of better ways of spending money. Maybe hauling some top soil to his new house. Well was his house. I can not help thinking there is another part to this story which we don't have the book for.
