Nevada Secretary of State said this means they are converting
to a new company and any details would be contained in the
report. It's more than just moving the offices.

I noticed that at the company web site, at the very top it says "The New CMKM" It may mean nothing...

How about the thought that the PR will be about the 'new cmkm', which is legally a totally new company, legally not responsible or beholden to problems associated with the 'old cmkm'. But with all assets transferred, including 'intangible assets'. With of course a one to one divy for current cmkm shareholders??

I believe you are seeing these because they are part of old filings with the State of Nevada for the company. Please note the dates are 2002-2004 and represent the name changes of the company. It has nothing to do with the current filing, IMO.

Also, I would be very surprised if a new list of officers is submitted since this CMKM Diamonds is about to become defunct in Nevada. Also, IMHO.

That's how I see it, too, Lynn. I researched a while back and found that the re-registration costs $11K with CMKM's share structure (the max fee). Why waste the money if we're transferring to another state anyway?
