CEO Update
To all CMKM shareholders: 4-18-07
It has been another busy week. We have an extremely large amount of information to share with you in the next press release. I must once again ask for your patience during the next couple of days as we finalize the actions that precede the press release. The press release is written, but the information to be provided along with it is not finished and it is of utmost importance that everything is done in order. Again, we have no room for error. I am going to go ahead and share some information of the progress that we are making with you today.
The Frizzell Law Firm is assisting the Company in the hiring of accounting professionals which we need without further delay. We have begun discussions with a Tyler CPA firm. We are seeking help from a CPA with the proper forensic experience and certifications. We are convinced there is a large volume of records that have been lost, misplaced or destroyed. We will obtain all financial records of this company and we will have these records audited.
Bill is conducting a full scale investigation into the sale of bulk certs which seems to be an ongoing problem. We are concerned about certs that were obtained with forged signatures from people that were at one time close to company insiders. It is the company's intention to cancel any illegal, forged or unauthorized shares regardless of how they were obtained. This is part of the shareholder and outstanding share audit we have been undergoing and transparency is a requirement in everything we are doing.
The Frizzell Law Firm has also assisted CMKM by hiring attorney Rich Lottmann to assist in the restructuring of the Company. Rich is advising me on changing the domicile of the company as well as other matters to include the best way to proceed in attracting new management to help us turn our company around. Work is already in progress to move the corporate home of CMKM to Texas.
We are working very hard to get a lot of situations handled at one time. Please have the respect and courtesy not to call any of the attorneys or firms mentioned in any updates or press releases. I understand your anxiousness and need for verification, but these professionals have a huge workload and time is of the essence for CMKM. I will provide you with updates on progress as it becomes available.
Thank you so very much for your support and understanding,
Kevin

Alright, so I am guessing that we won't get an official press release today, but I did like this part in his update, along with the rest of his update,
"We have an extremely large amount of information to share with you in the next press release."
Sounds like some answers are around the corner... isn't everything always right around the corner?
Have a great day everyone!

One has to question what "the company" has been doing for the last three to four years. From all appearances, it seems that Kevin and Bill have done more in the last few months, than the previous management did in all of their years at the helm. I'm very happy to see things moving ahead, but I'm also interested in finding out who is responsible for the numerous delays and why they were unable to address the issues that plague the company, and ultimately effected us, the shareholders. Without sounding too negative, I almost feel like we are back to square one, waiting for Kevin and Bill to take care of things that should have been resolved years ago. Needless to say, I have mixed emotions right now, so I'll keep my thoughts to myself and wait for Kevin to provide us with more information.

Do we still have the claims? If not, are we truly a company? All this work is not done for free. We have money to pay for this.
A good sign if you ask me.

Is it me or does it feel like were not going to see any ROI any time soon....someone correct me please..... Well, could be just the opposite. If they're in emergency mode to lock in who the bona fides are, could be because either 1) a distribution or 2) resumption of trading is imminent.

Just got back in the office...geez, can't leave for 60 minutes without something happening! LoL! Here's the part that stood out to me: The Frizzell Law Firm is assisting the Company in the hiring of accounting professionals which we need without further delay. We have begun discussions with a Tyler CPA firm. We are seeking help from a CPA with the proper forensic experience and certifications. We are convinced there is a large volume of records that have been lost, misplaced or destroyed. We will obtain all financial records of this company and we will have these records audited. This says Desormeau to me...probably started shredding the minute he knew the SEC was sniffing around the company. As for TP's comment about "what has the company been doing all this time?" I think that not everyone at the company wanted this to progress in this manner until they were guaranteed a clean walk. Whether there's stuffium in those claims or not, it is obvious the operation itself was full of illegalities or really, really dumb mistakes. Appears UC may be found complicit in some of this, sad to say. But at this point I am all for these boys cleaning it up and moving us toward resolution. I'm sure there's a lot more to the story. pr

Is it me or does it feel like were not going to see any ROI any time soon....someone correct me please..... No, it's not just you. And what about this line: If the certs I got from Ameritrade fall into this category, am I just [blank] out of luck? I hope the PR clears this up.

I suspect, that if you got your certs during the cert pull, they are bonafide.

Why hire a Probate; Estate Planning; Business Planning; Estate Litigation; Mediation lawyer if the company doesn't have assets or assets to persue and dispurse later. I take this as a good sign hiring this lawyer Rich Lottmann. IMHO. Brighter days ahead!

Thank you KW and BF. Much appreciated is your hard work and honest communication. I hope, as Brig mentioned, that all retail "bonafides" remain so. I am interested in Kevin's enthusiasm for UC's hard work as mentioned in some past ( unofficial , alleged) communications, and hope UC will come out of this walking tall, with his hard work these past years obvious to all us shareholders. edit: I am trying to locate the text from kevin where he states how hard UC had been working for us. Any help? TYIA -------------------- 2nd edit found some/the text that alleged KW states UC us working hard for us. FWIW, It was an alleged KW phone call to Showmethemoney "Q: Why do you trust Urban C? A: He's known and worked with Urban for some time now. Urban could have quit on us long ago... taken the assets of CMKX elsewhere... declared bankruptcy, etc. Instead, he's still very much involved, he didn't leave, and he's working hard every day on helping CMKX investors see a return on their investment. He emphatically stated several times... Urban is working harder for us (CMKX Shareholders) than anyone can possibly imagine." forum.christiantraders.com/viewthread.php?tid=8321

" Bill is conducting a full scale investigation into the sale of bulk certs which seems to be an ongoing problem. We are concerned about certs that were obtained with forged signatures from people that were at one time close to company insiders." Sounds like Deli may be in deep DooDoo!!! Bulk certificates are those held by the DTCC and brokers to be broken down further for individuals. millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=1171998276I spoke about the Largest Discount Brokers like TD Waterhouse Ameritrade an E-trade are holding bulk certificates in their own name instead of issuing them to their rightful owners and how Nevada state law specifies thatall shareholders have the right to their certificates of ownership. www.cmkxgroup.proboards88.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=1168008368&page=1However, we know from Frizzell's updates that there was at least one or two brokers holding bulk certificates in the brokerage name for the benefit of their shareholders. The problem is these brokerages were also proven by the task force to be short on CMKM while trying to submit the bulk certificates. Under Nevada law each shareholder is entitled to an individual certificate for his/her shares. www.cmkxgroup.proboards88.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=1160834990&page=1The dtcc no longer holds bulk certs for anyone in this security. www.cmkxgroup.proboards88.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=1158866723&page=1I decided to call the transfer agent who handled the cmkx certs and was told these certs were in bulk form held by Charles Schwab. These bulk certs would not be eligible for distribution of the dividend. He said the bulk certs are in Schwabs name with my account. ------------ ------------ ------------ those are just a few examples of previous mentions of "bulk certificates". TC

Ruh oh! Go get 'em KW!
Mixed feelings with this update. I like the fact that Kevin is speaking with us, I like that we'll be getting what appears to be a very important PR in the next few days, I also like the fact that KW & Frizzy are kicking a@@ and taking names, but... I want to know where we all stand after such a long battle. On 2 legs? 1 leg? a toe...?
Give us some juice KW, please. (forgo the Koolaid)

Anyone have any ideas what the other information may be and what the significance is? Current status? Future plans ( probably not too in depth)? Suits brought against newly named indivduals? Mention that ( to his knowledge ) no cash has been collected nor available for distribution and that people on the message boards telling you so should not be heeded? Just my WAG. TC

I wonder what the "extremely large amount of information" in the next PR is..... Maybe... 42 Pages? lol Has anyone noticed that our attention seems to be diverted away from the interplead? Actually, I'm hoping we'll find out with the next PR. Since Moran has been Ceased and Desisted, I'll bet it already has been done and signed by the Judge.
