Next comes the statement from Frizzell congratulating the company and applauding the attributes of Kevin. pr  You forgot to mention that the overall tone of Fizzle's statement will leave us feeling let-down and uneasy, until Stoecklein clarifies and then we'll all feel great. |

It should be noted that Mr. Casavant has been suffering from serious health related issues and is no longer able to carry on the day to day related activities of the company. Mr. Casavant plans to remain as a Director of the Company and intends to announce new management within the next two weeks. Along with this announcement, new management will be instructed to re-establish an office within the next 30-45 days.
Guess the office location is next.

i think as i read this, as a positive for both the co , & the shareholders , i think u.c. and mr. west are just what the doc ordered , may be now we can conclude this humungus drama , i surely hope its over by the first week of nov. , boy are we ,as they should be, ready for a conclusion , thank you ,and god bless these two men, and good health to both,

Hey, That's my job to be negative. The last PR really stated to expect this announement. Read the the PR completely-IMO it implies more there and to come. Whatever it maybe. Ok wait again I'm a little disappointed that it didn't say more! |

Personally, I am so excited I could jump out of my skin. We finally got the 1st PR. We have a CEO (temporarily). :-*What a great day to be a CMKX shareholder. I think Kevin is a terrific choice for this position and we know he is one of us and should be looking out for our best interests. I hope we can keep a positive spin on this and enjoy the fact that we are no longer totally in the dark. Should something happen to Urban his replacement is in place. The same with Mahue. I'm certain Kevin has been close to the front for a long time and is qualified to take us on to the next step. Yahoooooooo. For those that are less than excited, please just give it a little time. Hopefully we will hear a lot more in the very near future. ;D Lynn |

JMO but I would think that Mr. West is going to be the overseeer of the calculating and cutting of the checks to pay us and that would require a bit of time. What do you think? The Spunkster. |
