my feelings are that the I.P. was and has been filed all documents in order, how ever due to the refusal probably of the shorties to concede and not show there books it is final .now the auditing of the bonafide share holders, in order to eventually distribute assets to all bonafide holders imo. god bless all and mgnt too . twt.

If you will recall... When they shut down the CMKM Diamonds Inc. company site.. Urban passed along a message (I cannot remember if it were through Melvin, or a shareholder), that when we saw the new company site go up, then we would know that it was time.. Or words to that effect.. I'm searching through ol' posts to see if I can find that.. Maybe someone else remembers... That is a wonderful idea Faith! Hope so... Wonder why Texas? Kevin and his family live in the Tyler area, so it makes sense to have the office there. It also doesn't hurt that he's just steps away from Bill Frizzell's office, which is very convenient. Seeing as I live close to Tyler, I'll probably call and make an appointment to stop by and see the new office, once they have everything set up. Who knows... While I'm there, I may speak to Kevin about a future position as the Investor Relations Rep. Wouldn't that be somethin'...

I tried to find an old post of when that was said.. I believe though, that it was on the company web site.. A few days before the site went down and it was PR'd. Melvin had told everyone that it was being shut down. He was taking questions and answers.. and I believe that it was at that time, that he said in response to someones question, what I said above.. I do remember this, there should be others especially the person that he said it too, that remembers...
The reason that I remember, is because it was one of the signs that I have been looking for over the years.. I used to check the company site occationally, to see if it were back up or not. Then it was linked to Entourages company site, so I stopped checking it.. At any rate, this new PR was exciting for me, to say the least..

Looks like they got rid of Urban and his lawyer. Now, maybe we can get something DONE. It will be really interesting to find out what the true story is regarding Urban. I've got plenty of questions, which may never have answers, unfortunately. Mary Uhhhh, . . . Thats it.

If memory serves me right, Frizzell stopped recording shares because they captured all the information. The only thing he needed was those that traded hands, and I'm not sure much of that happened outside of Delidog's dealings. I also saw in Paltalk tonight that it was estimated (or stated from Deli) that an audit of his transactions could be done in about 2 hours. We are close IMO.

From PR in August "Recently-retained legal counsel for CMKM, John T. Moran III of the Law Offices of Moran & Associates, a law firm whose residence is situated in the Great State of Nevada, will now proceed via the federal court system and, specifically, initiation of action in interpleader and for purpose of accounting and earmarking certificates to those shareholders presenting viable equity in the Company."From New PR: "The Company has instructed the law offices of Moran and Associates to cease any and all legal work on behalf of CMKM Diamonds until further notice."Maybe, all the market makers have complied and no further action is necessary....

I think that CMKX is so mixed up that KW decided to close the books now, audit the shareholders, open a clean new company and start as new on another name...this is my opinion. edit... With a share exchange from CMKX to the new one...

Go4it, I could almost agree with you but for one thing....Why, if the goal is to open a new company, put forth the effort and expense of re-developing a web site for CMKMdiamondsinc.com? It would appear to me that "someone" wants to make sure that CMKM is going to be around for sometime and that "someone" wants the world to know who we are. (jmho, of course) Tyfel

This equals this Interpleader may be done and we're moving on to the next phase ("shareholder Audit") or something happened making the interpleader unecessary. Opening the office in Frizzel's neighborhood makes good sense for court battles. popo

From my experience with contracts, this reads to me... "Hold off on any furthur actions until we get back to you!"If they were firing Moran & Associates... "We no longer require your services! Please submit your final billing!"John Good Someone got the Big 'Ol Boot... Too much going on in his personal life? "The Company has instructed the law offices of Moran and Associates to cease any and all legal work on behalf of CMKM Diamonds until further notice." ummmmm,,,,.......".....until further notice". Sooo,,,,Kevin is really sayin.....your fired until further notice?? lol

So I guess we can probably assume that those three (3) interplead that Tramp said was filed were not filed. If it'll never be made public, we'll likely never know whether the interpleader was filed... Hi Bignaterich, I agree with you. With CMKX there are very few things I am sure of. The things that I am sure of I am unshakeable on. I'm sure we had mega value in the 1.9 million acres of claims. I'm sure we were naked shorted. I'm sure that this was the most scandalous Stock Market Mess since the crash that caused the Great Depression. I'm sure that our own dear government contributed to the mess with their massive coverup and by allowing the renegade criminals within the system to take over AND lastly... I'm sure that because we have our certs we will be paid for our pain and suffering at some point... Dare I hope $oon? Still just IMO-Debi

I like this PR, short simple and straight forward. As far as Moran is concerned, it would reason with a new lawyer on board his services would not be needed. It would also suggest possibly, perhaps they want Moran to be on the outside looking in instead of vise versa. IMO the "company" may be ready to put together legal battles that can not include "prying" eyes.?
