CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Provides Information Update to Shareholders
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CMKM Diamonds, Inc. has obtained office space at 615 South Broadway (2nd floor) in Tyler, Texas. Phones, a fax line and internet service will be operational next week.

The Company has instructed its current transfer agent, 1st Global Stock Transfer, LLC, to stop any further transfer or issuance of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. stock effective immediately. We have begun the process of a formal shareholder audit. The Company will be contracting with various third parties to assist with this very important audit.

The Company has instructed the law offices of Moran and Associates to cease any and all legal work on behalf of CMKM Diamonds until further notice.

At this time, the Company has elected not to have a designated person in charge of investor relations. The Company will be releasing information through official press releases composed by active management. The Company has begun the construction of a website at www.CMKMdiamondsinc.com to further communicate with shareholders. The Company will use this website for posting of all documents and official court filings.

Looks like they got rid of Urban and his lawyer. Now, maybe we can get something DONE. It will be really interesting to find out what the true story is regarding Urban. I've got plenty of questions, which may never have answers, unfortunately.

This PR really raises a lot of new questions. Like what went wrong with Moran & Associates? Or did they (Moran) just finish doing their job? The way it's worded, it sounds more like they got the heave-ho. JMO.

At least, information is beginning to flow to the shareholders from an official source.

I believe that say for instance, an Interpleader was submitted, it would include provisions for a final audit of shareholders.

I'm confident Martin and Frizzell did continuous audits during the cert pull, but a final audit would likely be done by a third party to formalize the bonafide list prior to any distribution of assets.

Urban passed along a message (I cannot remember if it were through Melvin, or a shareholder), that when we saw the new company site go up, then we would know that it was time.. Or words to that effect.. I'm searching through ol' posts to see if I can find that.. Maybe someone else remembers...

I think you might have something here Tony. Could possibly be that some have said we will cooperate now so no need to sue us. So Moran would need to halt any actions he may have started against whomever to give them time to cough up the dough.
