IMO I'm sorry but you are wrong. The only bonifide shareholder is a cert holder as far as the law goes. Go ask any lawyer or judge. If you do not have certs you are not a bonifide holder. End of sentence.

My question is: Does the OS number just reflect cert holders. I think it does. If this is the case, the OS number is much lower than we may think.

It seems as though we may be getting an OG update from Frizzle real soon. I would think that he would be the one that has been assigned the duty of "instructing" the shareholders of the best thing to do (cert pull, deposit certs, etc). IMO, He's obviously still VERY involved in the process.

I will be very interested to see if any "deals" that have been suggested to have happened with HongKong players will leave a sum of assets yet to be distributed. Just because there are no more finances for the company to "continue operations" and pay Mr Maheu, does not necessarilly mean that there are no finances earmarked for other purposes. How best to really smash shorty? I will be hopeful for cash and stock divi's to be properly issued to bona fide shareholders only...and for shorty to be stuck......forever.....with everything else....Entourage, CIM 2?, and CIM 10% royalty, GEMM 2, SGGM?, and whoever else may become divied, and any CASH assets that remain for shareholder distribution.

Procedures for facilitating the pro rata distribution of Entourage shares, based upon a verifiable ownership of CMKM shares is being implemented by the CMKM board and the herein referenced task force.

That would fulfill all our expectations about this stock play, and UC's and Mr Maheu's ability to correct the market wrongs. Plus CIM and Entourage move forward....ALL this I hope and expect. JMO.


EDIT: I also like the speculation that I am reading on these threads that this 8-K is just a ploy, and that Entourage may default after cmkx O/S and valuation are revealed. Great speculation gang! It's getting better all the time.
