After reading the entire 8-K, things are obvious. Effectively, we've defaulted on many of our obligations, pertaining to the JV agreements listed in the 8-K. We have assigned those obligations to our "Entourage", a company we control by virtue of our ~75% ownership. We still have the second GEMM divvy waiting to be distributed, and we still need to dole out the Entourage shares.

And now our posse is ready to make sure we get our due.

For the time being, the cert issue is moot. We need to focus on "bonafide" shareholders, i.e. those who have legitimately plunked down their own money to purchase shares through registered NASD, SIPC brokers. If those shares are in your legitimate account with your legitimate broker, cert or street, they are legitimate shares in the eyes of the law. And Shorty will have to make all of them whole, (even if there are 4 trillion of them,) based on the official O/S.

IMO I'm sorry but you are wrong. The only bonifide shareholder is a cert holder as far as the law goes. Go ask any lawyer or judge. If you do not have certs you are not a bonifide holder. End of sentence.

No one probably has this answer, but if the Entourage for CMKX ration is based on the 703 bil, what if the REAL 0/S is much lower but this info isn't released until the payout has been done?

Any recourse for shareholders or will we just have to hope to receive something else?
