5-17-07

On behalf of the Company, I attended the scheduled hearing with our attorneys on Tuesday at the Nevada District Courthouse in Las Vegas. There were no defendants or attorneys for defendants present. In order to allow more time for all defendants to be served, Judge Denton continued the Temporary Restraining Order until the next scheduled hearing at 10:00 a.m. on 5-30-07. CMKM attorney David Koch asked that a couple of amendments be made in the TRO to include a different trading account that has been located and belonging to the UAJC Trust. It was a pleasure to meet with the few shareholders that showed up at the courthouse and I very much appreciated their efforts to attend and I am very thankful for their support.

We are continuing our search for assets and have greatly expanded our efforts to obtain all documentation related to the operating history of the Company. I will continue to keep you up to date on events as they happen.

And i saw Gus posted on RB he thought this'll be over in about 1-2 months.................no way if we start namin other defendents.

IMO.......July/Aug of '08 if so....reason being,,,,,i'am gonna kinda doubt allllll those defendents will not put up some kinda fight.

But i'am not saying it wouldn't at least be interesting though.

And when we do win,,,,,,,we'll have to wait for the judge to distribute the assets from the trust we requested be set-up.

Hopefully that dang defendent list dosen't need to grow.

I'm with you on this, Chris, although I have 1Q '08 in my sights and I sure hope I am wrong. So far, to me anyway, much of the updates and PRs are aimed at two distinct audiences, which I interpret as "work is going on behind the scenes" that cannot be discussed publically.

You can call me crazy and I won't mind, but this will be (IMO) the Area 51 of the stock market...a mystery that CMKXers will talk about for years, perhaps, but no one will learn the full story--not even one of the guys writing a book.

hey chris I may have mentioned a couple months but in reality it could be years, but the one thing that is for sure is this was a sure thing years ago and is even more so today. Just keep finding more assets, like they were ever gone lol.
