***THE TWO SIDES OF A COIN***

My fellow PB49 Members,

I just posted this on PB32:

Pedro, Frizzell, and Frizzell's insider cohorts show the information legally made available to them as per "one side of the coin"...and are making conclusions from this INCOMPLETE/PARTIAL INFO. with wording that portray it as fact. It is the information on the "other side of the coin"...that has not yet legally been required to be made available to us or voluntarily been made by the Company at this point...that completes the coin in it's entire appearance...and thus provides us with all of the information in the context of "complete and as a whole". This is a simple analogy to explain that all that can be expressed at this point is "PURE SPECULATION" at best. Those that are rational realize that there is information yet to be revealed...yet some almost make it sound like they have all of the information..and the full story...enough to make "bold" conclusions.

It is completely irresponsible to express data/information at this point without a touch of "IMO" or acknowledgment of speculation WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING CONCLUSIONS. Throwing fear WITH AN ATTITUDE into an already fragile CMKX Shareholder group without knowing the full picture is truly ashame and again "irresponsible"...and makes MANY wonder why the "fervent" smear campaign behavior and the going through all of this trouble in the first place? Showing information/data/DD as it pertains to this CMKM Diamonds, Inc. saga is fine as long as it remains in the realm of humble/opinion/speculation/theory in the conclusions made following it's presentation. It has been the BRAZEN STUFF IT IN YOUR FACE ATTITUDE of certain individuals that throw data out and make it sound as if they have enough or all of the information to justify their conclusions as if they were fact to the overall events and/or activity that actually occurred or will occur for that matter.

Besides, and AS A PERSONAL OPINION, there is enough information/data/overall DD on the side of the coin that we can see to make me feel more that positive as it pertains to my CMKX investment and my resulting dividend shares received.

you nailed it peter, and exactly right, there are many in the stock market for the first time, and have no clue about alot of things, and this just shakes them up more..

with all the negative info, and making it appear, that cmkx has done nothing but wrong, gets them nervous, and don't want to lose whatever they put in.

many written me, pm's, and told me, this is their first time in stocks, and ask me, whats up with everything..

many know we have the goods, and are hanging on, and won't be swayed, but i feel their are alot still having doubts, and the one-sided info is not helping any..

and noone asnwered my question.. was thier a return address on the anyomous info that was sent to frizzel.

a hedge fund could had sent that, or one of the mm's who has not settled, and they have all the resources available to them, and just one big office, all they do, all day long, is DD..look things up..

i was told this many years ago, by someone who worked for a firm. and they all have that research group.

and it burns me up with the half assed lies going out.

Thanks for the the reply and comments.

What concerns me most is not the CMKX Shareholders that have done immense DD and meditated on their implications carefully until building a solid "Belief & Long and Strong foundation" (such as you, myself, and a number of others)...but those Shareholders that are VERY fragile at this point and may make a poor investment decision as it pertains to this stock based on (as you stated below) ONE SIDED INFO.. It is this very reason that I have written this post and others relating to this subject. Thank you again for all of your comments, and especially your quote below:

I agree, Peter. This is my first time investing in stock, and I relied on what DD I could do on my own and a lot on the advice of people who had gained my trust.

I think what bothers me most is the technique being employed of "prove my accusation to be false," without much DD at all to back up that accusation. And then, no remorse or humility when the accusation is shown to be false or weak, at best.

My frustration gets amplified by personal attacks on those who disagreed. Without fail, the same pattern was used over and over, almost as if it was scripted. And this crap is coming from individuals who had gained my deep respect...ARRRGH!!!

Tramp, this is purely speculation, but a number of my colleagues believe the info
provided was sent by the SEC. FWIW.
