Hello fellow shareholders! Hal Engel, alias Willy Wizard has always been positive about Urban and CMKX. His latest email to his club members is brimming with hope and excitement. He predicts payday will start at the earliest 5 business days before the 20th...by the end of this week.
Here is a cut and paste of his email........
CMKX Update
I have been told my last email gave confidence to many about their
investment in CMKX. That was my intention to instill some
confidence that Urban Casavant, Bob Maheu and the rest of the team
are working for shareholder's benefits. IN addition tio the team to
let you all know Hal Engel aka WillyWizard has stayed on top of
developments as much as I possible can.
This is what I am seeing at this time. I believe last Thursday was
the beginning of the final innings of this ballgame. Why?
Up until last Thursday the company has been under the magnifying
glass of the SEC, SEC waiting to ask questions or comment on any
press releases, filings or statements made by the company. Last
Thursday the SEC filed their final brief as we expected. I am not
going to get into writing about the brief they filed because it was
basically the same language as previous briefs that had filed.
The magnifying glass the SEC had on the company might be described
something like this. Remember when you were in high school and took
your first biology class. You should remember that worm your teacher
asked you to dissect, ok ladies yes the worm was gushy in that
formaldehyde but that's not where I am headed, read on.
In the class we all went up to the can of formaldehyde and picked
out or worm to dissect. LOL that was a huge can of worms we reached
into wasn't it? The SEC did everything they could do to attempt to
open up that can of worms over the last few months but CMKX never
allowed the can to be opened. If CMKX were to put out statements or
news unrelated to the 8K filings containing SEC related content the
SEC would have been able to start dissecting and asking questions.
In that respect the SEC would have taken a duel role as the biology
teacher and the student dissecting every worm that came out of the
can. When we took the worm out of the can and dissected it we named
each and every part as we cut the worm open. Imagine the SEC
opening up that worm and dissecting every press release, filing or
non-SEC related 8K. The best thing CMKX could have done was to
shut up like they did and wait for the opportune time to advance
shareholders interests. Now is the time.
I am going to ask readers to count back from the 20th five business
days and mark your calendar. This is my logical guess that CMKX
will begin announcing or a JV will begin announcing valuation, out
standing share, filing 8Ks and other important information
shareholders have been asking for over the last few months. Readers
we are not entitled to them announcing anything but I personally
believe Urban and Mr. Maheu want to relate information to
shareholders. I have spoke to Urban in the past and you better
believe he cares a lot about his shareholders and will update us as
soon as he can. I think we are within days or hours from hearing
from the company and the excitement is building from the company
IR. Also with my top notch connections, unrelated directly to CMKX,
excitement is very high.
There are many companies that never do press releases or filings.
They remain on the Pinks knowing they have no need to talk about
anything. Also many of these companies have reversed split their
outstanding because they have diluted their outstanding raising cash
to the point they have to start over. Many write or say CMKX is a
scam etc. well let me tell you Urban has never reversed the
outstanding and I don't believe he will until all shareholders are
fat cats financially. At that time who cares if he reverses to
bring entire outstanding under control, you would have already been
richly rewarded. CMKX and Urban are not scamming anyone, take that
to the bank readers.
Readers I hope you haven't been swayed to the dark side lately with
all the one-sided documentation supplied by certain entities.
Always remember there are two sides to a story and in my opinion as
this all unfolds many that turned their backs on Urban/CMKX will
wish they hadn't. I'll accept my responsibility as a group leader
being positive while others went negative. I believe I have made
the right choices and when I first sent out CMKX to you readers I
had done enough due diligence to warrant CMKX as a good investment,
although somewhat risky. Understand that the club has been a OTCBB
and Pink Sheet orientated club since our start in late 1998.
Hopefully once CMKX fills our pockets we can move to the next level
in investing.
I want to thank everyone that has stayed with me over the years. I
see many long time members posting at the club every so often and it
makes me feel good seeing you still rolling along with the Wizard.
I also want to thank my PalTalk attendees for supporting a room that
has been one of my dreams for years. I do have plans for that room
and in time you will see the plans put into motion. I just can't
thank you all enough. I will never desert any of you no matter how
much money I make. You are all a big part of my life and will
continue to be for as long as I am physically able to communicate
with you.
It's time everyone. It's close. It will happen, watch for news. Stay
vigilant and hold the course CKMX has set for you and the course we
have walked together over the years. Also when you are rich
remember there are less fortunate individuals so SHARE YOUR NEWFOUND
WEALTH.
