If so then maybe IBM was alluding to revocation when he said "tough decision or actions must be taken" (not his exact words).....any thoughts?

Amazing. I know nothing at all about that company... are they still in business? Why the bashing?

Because they got revoked, but did not go under.
Sixteen months ago, their last filing proclaimed: No assets, No Revenue, No Business...
But oh, wait a minute, they do have assets. There's MAS IX, a fully reporting empty, clean shell, whose filings were suddenly brought up to date in April 2005.
Oh, and then there's the 16.5% they own of CSON, that was revealed earlier this year.
The shorts don't win until the company goes under, kapoot, dead. Revoked is not dead, just not trading.
I have gambled X dollars in both cmkx and pcbm. I've laid my money down and accepted my risk. But, the money I have risked is it. There will be no more. I am comfortable with my risk.
The shorts however are on the hook for unlimited liability until the company goes under. Pesky old SRCI and CMKX refuse to go under.
Oh, and what would happen do you think, if CMKX were to be revoked and then Reverse Merge into the clean empty shell of MAS IX? Or if CIM chose that route to go public?
The sky would fall on shorty is what would happen.
Little wonder the SRCI board gets bashed 24/7.
Not bad for a dead stock.

Hi Brigantine, That is an amazing story and thought. But it also horrifies me. CMKX is far complicated enough without that addition. But I often think this may contain a piece of the twist and unexpected that will be revealed.
I can't wait for the end game to be played out.

Horrifies you? Imagine how it horrifies shorty?
Coming from my perspective though, it makes perfect sense. The rumored merger that didn't happen. The repeated trips to Vegas and Canada by pcbm principals after the merger got hushed up. The SRCI guys saying when we were horrified to find out we had not retired shares, but had gone from 2 billion to 24 billion... "don't worry, the shares are in good hands." Do you hold them? "No, but they are in good hands..."
Oh, and how many shares did cmkx have about then? 20 billion, perhaps?
hundreds and hundreds of millions of shares issued to LoCastro, Hall and Harlan?
LoCastro from Pittsburg, Hall from Florida? Edwards involved in both companies? Now Harlan is mentioned as the primary Contact at SGGM...
Coincidence? I think not.
We shall see what we shall see. And, when the band begins to play and the players come out on stage, we will see who is there and we will know.
cheers.

As per Andy, much of this will probably come out BEFORE the 20th. Here's a WAG: We don't get revoked, because we show our hand and call...and SEC has the dead man's hand against a royal flush. OHHHHHHH....so sorry. NOW PAY before you leave the table please. Vito and/or Guido are waiting to make sure you square before departing. hahahahhaha john
