If the SEC does not say anything what will that mean .... do we assume good news or is it another "black hole" any thoughts...

I think the SEC has to respond by the end of the day. We should see something either tonight or sometime tomorrow. (If not, it may mean we're in the clear! Then just maybe, the company can start letting loose with some PR's!)

I've been thinking about this for awhile and I don't think anything happens until/after the 21st when the commission gets to rule. Could be that Hakala decided she had proven her case and will let it stand. What I'm really curious about is whether or not CMKX has to respond now that there may be nothing to respond to. It is very curious that the SEC would cut things closer than CMKX. EDIT:--- nevermind.
