" SEC BRIEF NOT FILED YET AS OF 4:54 P.M. EST

It ain't filed as of 4:54 p.m. EST.
I called 800-SEC-0330. I was transferred to Shirley Stevens, who is at (202) 551-5400. She checked for me and as of the time that I spoke to her, it was not showing up as being filed in the system. The lady that is handling our case, Melissa Kimps (202) 551-5409, is not there. Ms. Stevens told me that if Ms. Kimps had it, she hasn't filed it and that Ms. Kimps would be back in tomorrow. Ms. Stevens further told me that the SEC has til between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. EST to get it filed today. She recommended that I call back in the morning and speak with Ms. Kimps.
That's how the conversation went. Sounded like it could be sitting on Ms. Kimps desk and she just didn't enter it into the system as being filed, or it hadn't arrived there yet. Either way, it's not entered into their computer as being filed. They still have time to get it there and get it filed-marked today. Just wanted to let you know that it hasn't been filed as of 4:54 p.m. EST.
