volume that was predicted is happening. I don't think there is a backlog of retail sell orders, non-retail yea but who and why. The mm's will have to have a way to make some cash on this and need inventories to go long, I just don't know wether they have them yet or not or are getting them right now or at all.

Gus,
I'm slow. You left me in the dark with your lead-in Subject Header.
Most everyone on this board is a "Long", IMO, and plans to stay that way as far as I can tell. What were you trying to get across to us by making this statement?
Are you suggesting the MM's are once again playing us with these 1.5 B trades now?
Ideas?

Are you saying they are possibly trying to stretch out the covering so they are not hit all at once? ;D

Must be me! Maybe we're not speaking the same language or our IR guy's way of encrypting messages has rubbed off upon you. ;D Gus, do you mind trying again? And this time, just a bit slower. Thanks n

if they cover this the mm's would need inventories I would think, and if some were forced to sell real shares it's a good place to get it from. thinking out loud.

They may be Gus. If they are getting CLOSe to being done covering and have good reason to believe the stock is going to go higher, which they must if they're covering to begin with, they may be building up an inventory at these prices to sell at higher prices. That would also give them money after the cover to pay a settlement.

Keep in mind if the market makers go long ... what does that do for us?

Keep in mind if the market makers go long ... what does that do for us? As you know, if they are collecting shares cheap to make money, it means with patience we will be making money too. Only we got ours first and more. An unusually beautiful place to be in the OTCBB markets. IMO-Debi

While we are trading on the gray sheets, no marketmaker or broker is legally allowed to develop inventories, unless someone knows the loophole they are using. Doesn't sound possible to me.

Could be part of the settlement deal they (or most of the MMs) have cut with CMKX (SEC's blessing).
imo I think they are doing just that...covering their own shorts, getting ready for a transition to being long on CMKX.
I believe a deal has indeed been made. After they cover their short inventories, we'll be the recipients of a settlement or at the very least, a legitimate pps.
revoked? Nope, I don't think anyone wants that except the good judge and the enforcement division...and them on principle only.
once again, imo john
