there are no reasons good enough anymore to delay giving shareholders information immediately. I have said this before this is a slap in the face for all investors that this continues. I don't care what took place we deserve to know at least this is heading in the right direction. Being held hostage by the SEC and our own company is really getting old to me and should not take place in the market place. The individual investors, who the market needs to survive, get treated less than a second class citizen, and I am tired of it.
I have totally trusted Urban and his team and think they have done right by us, but it is time to end this.

kcf, I am not quite sure how filling us in now would make us end up with nothing. I wasn't trying to push your buttons or anything. But, these things have to be done right. To many people after CMKX waiting for that one wrong move. I would rather wait and have it perfect than have it botched. Trust me I want it as bad as you do. But I have come to realize that things are not going to move on my time-frame. So I sit and wait.

smeg, I just feel that the little guy has been treated like crap in the market for many years and that should change. I also feel with so many different shareholders and different entities knowing the truth or at least a lot more information than others this is getting rediculous. I am totally behind the company and am more convinced than ever we will make it, doesn't mean I have to agree with the way everything has been dealt with by the sec or the company.

Hi Gusjarvis, You have been very patient as most of us have been. Hang in there. The writing is on the wall and a reasonable timeline is counting down rapidly.
CMKX has been silent. I think we can see some results of their work. How easy and how much stealth is required to topple a company that naked shorted off shore via 60 entities? That is HUGE. The mining consortium that is being created is huge.
I think all will be forgiven with a big honkin cash dividend or settlement and a reasonable scenario that explains the silence.
IMO-Debi Looking for that big honkin do-re-mi

It would be nice to focus on being behind the company, as you said. The other parts are well discussed in the other boards. Rocket

Gus, I understand.. TRUST me I do.. It will be 2 years for me in Feb and it seems like 10. Many more out here longer than I.. I have had my bouts and spewing on the boards for answers as well that make yours look like a hug and a kiss toward CMKX.. Do I still have those feelings? Oh yes... Trust me I am wound tighter than a bulls azzz. K, now you get to ask me how I would know how tight a bulls azz would be.... I am in a different place than some where I got back my initial investment so I'm a bit more relaxed.. It doesn't mean I'm not wound up though.. In the end, I hope this whole process really IS about changing the markets to make them fair for the little guy because if not, I'm gone. I suspect there are many more out of the 60K than might have similar thoughts. That is just with this equity.. NSS is no laughing matter and it better be dealt with and that woman at the SEC that said we are all a bunch of cry-babies I will assume is just putting up a front cause she knows the crap is coming down.. Otherwise, she looks a lil silly here in a short while... I was trying to get your to chuckle a bit with my response cause I know where your coming from. smeg, I just feel that the little guy has been treated like crap in the market for many years and that should change. demanding info will not get you anything but frustration. It is obvious to me there are many things going on to our advantage. Huge events like cleaning up corruption take time and effort, it seems logical to me that lack of reports are nessesary.

Just a hunch.

YOU are not the only one who is running short on patience, but getting yourself worked up over it is futile. We all need to vent our frustrations at times, and the message boards give us a venue to do just that. Sit back, fire one up, and repeat this to yourself, over and over again. hope for EVERYTHING,expect NOTHING,accept ANYTHING,kick Andy's azz.. again..hope for EVERYTHING,expect NOTHING,accept ANYTHING,kick Andy's azz..again..hope for EVERYTHING,expect NOTHING,accept ANYTHING,kick Andy's azz.. Thats why this is taking so long. They are taking care of the cheaters on behalf of the little guy. Look at the 12 SEC guys gone, look at the NSS being taken care of (to a point anyway). They have been cheating for a long time so it takes at least a little time to solve it.

I just have the general opinion, not just in our case, that the market treats the small guy like crap and always did. I have the right to the opinion that this should end now because I think all stocks should be more transparent to their shareholders. I don't need to know every little detail, but some information is deserved by now in my opinion. This will not stop me at all from supporting the company if this last longer, just my feeling in general and has been that way for months.

I believe we will see some good information this month and further improvement in pps. But, I believe the "EVENT" we are all waiting for is still a little ways off. I hope I am wrong and it is sooner rather than later. Gus I understand your frustration, glad we are able to all lift each others spirits during times of annoyance with our investment. I enjoy reading your post and look forward to reading your, "remember when we were poor" post soon.
