Hi StarFire, Good to see you as always! I have lost a few pounds during the last three years but my blood pressure mostly remained unchanged and just wonder if people have been keeping track of their weight and their blood pressure....:  )) StarFire, 9 more days hope all of us will see the light from darkness! Ivory Good Morning all.. I also believe in a good diet supplemented with regular exercise.. I used to be on blood pressure medicine, I no longer need them due to moderate exercise and body fat control. ;D |
