I've always thought that before CMKX would take off, that the money trail from illegal NSS would have to be stopped and settled before anything else could happen, priority # 1. One of many things IBM is here for. The makets are showing all the signs now(atomospheres and boiler rooms have defininately been conditioned. Now how will this money come back to CMKX shareholders is a different story and is planned IMHO. As bad as things look for SGGM don't be suprised if this is where all that money is being pooled from all the NSSr's, and somehow, someway it gets to us CMKX shareholders. JMHO

somehow, I bet that Maheu and associates are not suprised by this, as they would have been able to follow the Edwards/cmkx share trails to crown, if any are significantly there. IMO, IBM and team would be likely to anticipate such a BK move if it were a scenario that could be played against cmkx's interests.


If Edwards isnt a friendly, I hope he bought into Crown with the money that is due cmkx. And that directly or through a creditor, that money comes full swing to cmkx,,,and in the wake, Crown is rendered obsolete for any misdeeds.

Similiar to how Knights derivitives dept was sold off to Citi? Who knows if this is related to cmkx at all. But we see two suspected shorting outfits parting with their means of opperations. They say Knight was paid for their dept by Citi. But do we know where that money went? Could that money have gone to settle some of knights NSS debts? And Citi aquires the deptartment. Just quessing here...sleepy quessing.

NITE,CRWN,JEFF, and many firms seemed to have handle the NSS in there on way.They each have lawyers and choose different avenues. Some anti'd-up quick and others stalled.
The question is. How many more are out there that haven't settled or been cornered yet by IBM. The thing is theres a bunch of them and all that money is going to one place when the final one is ronded up.

I believe it was Columbo who showed that Edwards is the single largest shareholder in Crown. In fact, those holdings at one time made him a billionaire on paper.

I think the NSS issue has to be resolved...the trading irregularities need to be explained. and all the "Daddy Warbucks" with money in the hedge fund community need to be ID'd before it's our turn for a payday.

But these things could happen within a day I think.

What I would be careful of, is accepting lists of numbers and accepting someone's assignment as to what they mean.

If Edwards still holds those restricted shares in his trusts and Crowns Books show a short against those shares then UC has every right to cancel those shares. UC knows those shares are restricted Me thinks this may lead to an announcement of massive retirement. JMO

Noa---I am glad you posted that just like I was when Particle posted the Nasd takes over the Nasdaq's OTC...these are serious thngs going on and IMO Jeffries could be next. There are a lot of companies that have been counterfeited but none has the distiction of having a short of 1.8 TRILLION to 2.3 TRILLION.

We will be heard from because I believe if it weren't for Maheu all of this would not be going down. It would be business as usual, borrow shares with no intention of paying them back because the DTCC doesn't care it looks the other way and also makes a profit wait till the average citizen knows that it will be the biggest scandal ever. To the off shores/MMs it was like printing money but with shares they can go up in value.

If this were 1.8 to 2.3 TRILLION in cash it would be on every front page but since it is in shares it is different. In time IMO CMKX's name will be talked about because now we know of just how high of short or counterfeit shares we have more then any other company. The actions taken are very strong and serious I believe they want to take this all down ASAP so they don't hve a lingering problem.

What do you think the other roughly 18-19 MMs are thinking today...the Feds could come rushing through the door at any minute and I believe they will in the next few weeks. I am very happy to see this going on because we also have 11 state's AGs that are investigating themselves but as a group, that is not connected to the Fed level so they can investigate what they want and where. It will be fun watching this one...
