I'll try. LOL For 2 yrs we have posters some of the best DDr's on the boards very positive. We now see them very disgrunted and negative. No names but everyone knows who these people are. We find out about all the illegal shares and restricted shares funnelled Edwards and others and Frizzell wants action taken against them and their shares removed from the market. About the same time alot of positve longs start bashing. Why is that. Is it because they were apart of that inner circle of Illegal shares and stood to make alot of money and now they can't. I hope this is more clear now. If not I can try again. LOL That's borderline libelous. I thought the idea of this board was to focus on the positives, and not drag the stock and the people associated with it through the mud. I guess the honeymoon period is over already. I'm sure you've read Andy's PM by now, This is what I was talking about. Libelous and negative posting I don't think so. If you worked for WCOM or ENRN and when these companies were fantastic stock to by, don't you think investors would have loved to know their CEO was a Fraud. EOM

Great post Joe.. 100% agreement I don't think so. Doesn't seem to make any logical sense to me. Seems more likely that they are just disgruntled shareholders that have lost hope. Many people who lose hope try to bring everyone else down with them. That way they don't feel like it's only them. I doubt it.. too much money involved here.. billions.. some of them started off on the good side for months.. gaining stars and peoples respect... then turned.. and thats what we have been facing since day one... I was on the original CMKX board.. we got invaded and it crashed... MachCobra.. had an excellent board on IHUB.. got invaded by good guys that turned... I wont go any further... but you get my point.. this is a war people... get used to it.. until CMKX runs then ... I will be too busy to argue with bashers...

IMO I think the info that came out at the "secret meeting" in Texas w/ the OG freaked these posters out.
Info being...RG ok'd unrestricting and all the insiders dumped shares, & some $$ seemd to filter back to UC. So on the surface, there was a lot of law breaking going on; 1) RG writing letters to unrestrict shares 2) massive pump and dump from cmkx 3) kickbacks to UC from dumpers.
"On the surface"...hoping that the above info, which seemed to be well documented, can be explained and is part of trapping the MM/Brokers/hedge funds at their own game.
Bottom line.... 1) we've already won, just the amount is the question OR 2) we've already lost, and if the funds haven't been frozen ( & they haven't best to my knowledge) then we won't be able to penetrate the "trusts" and do a darn thing about it.
I'm an optimist....so thinking something is going on behind closed doors and the mystery will end with a lot of happy shareholders

You are totally ignoring and dismissing what some of these people have uncovered in publicly obtained documents. Don't you think that the change in their outlooks could be based on the factual data from those documents? well, let me state this again, no one answered my question as to who sent the documents, and who had a motive to do so, especially, when they were sent anonamously.. Colombo proved with his deep digging, there was nothing wrong in what urbie did, and those other papers only gave half a story.. and everyone of them was negative.. why? I concur...

Why is it that so many positive intelligent posters have turned to the dark side and it is almost obvisious CMKX will win BIG eventually. Answer: Because they had a boat load of shares from illegal activity they supported and stood to make alot of money, but they have been BUSTED bigtime and had to forfiet their shares. The bad guys were working both sides the short and long positions. IMHO I have nothing(new) positive to say about CMKX, all that I have said in the past I stand by. But the probability of the things that I have said in the past, coming to fruitition go down by a percent with every few weeks that pass by. This late into the game with the SEC, are outlook isn't exactly Nirvana. But, that doesn't mean I'm throwing in the towel. I used to wake up everyday and hope CMKX would make me rich. Now I just wake up and expect nothing, because to this point on paper(from what we've been shown), that's pretty much all there is. But investments can takes years to make a nice return, and CMKX is my long term investment, I don't expect to be rich by the end of the month or even by january. In my book to expect that much from a penny stock would be naieve. But that doesn't mean with the variables that have been thrown into this situation (i.e. Maheu, One million plus acres of claims, the sucess of Debeers, and shore gold in the region) that there's no hope for today. I just try to use the whole probability issue as a factor of how hopeful my outlook should be. I am satisfied that this investment may turn out very well, and I'lll be satisfied if I lose this investment as well. I spent about thirty grand on this investment and if I lose it it's no swaet because at this rate, I'm going to have to spend 40,000 dollars on income tax this year. So in my mind everything is peachy, I'm just waiting on the good, or bad news from UC. As you see, at this point, there is no negative outcome that can come out of this for me. But becoming a millionaire would sure as hell be one huuuuuuge positive.-Vin

the bottomline is this, it doesn't matter what they have dug up we shareholders will win. UC was bad or good we win, and they know that. So figuring out why shouldn't be that tough, and take into account that no of us are really selling. If there is a back log of sales to go through at .0001 they are probably forced sells or mm's loading. Criminals against us can't have long positions in CMKX, they will have to get their friends to do that for them.
Think the buying has stopped for some reason on a stock that has the goods and the biggest short ever, how. It is called created doubt in my opinion.

I bet there are some real paid bashers out here, but,
If UC and IBM/RG and Team, set a trap for shorty/enemy....ie, issued restricted shares as if dumping common shares, and posing as unable to comply with filings, ......then some good shareholders are going to fall for the "rope a dope" as well. Some DD "leaders" are going to jump to false conclusions not ment for them...but for the real enemy.
Perhaps this is why IBM urged shareholders only to pay attention to 8-K filings, and UC said ..."if its not in a pr, dont believe it".
If they were going to trap the enemy.....they had to use bait. They had to create a false impression. I believe it was done. And some intelligent shareholders got caught in it too, and still are. JMO.
