I've had a GTC order in on SGGM for several days now at .0001 The ask has hit that number several times but no deal. Why? Here's what I see. SGGM is doomed to revocation, so it seems. It cannot be covered if it is revoked, therefore, no selling of short shares. I can't get any at any price. They are all gone. Volume 0. CMKX. Still trading. Could get all I want if I had some $$. Volume over a billion everyday. Either the deal is being executed as we speak or CMKX will not be revoked. Or both. Could be that the MM's are looking for a run before revocation. I could live with that. OR they have found out that it's not going to be revoked. I doubt that but I could live with that also. OR they figure CMKX is going bankrupt and they won't have to cover. It would be really funny if they thought that. And expensive. SGGM is trading like a company about to be permanently revoked.... CMKX isn't. Nearly all of the scenarios as to why are positive. So... where are all of these negative opinions coming from on these other boards and how do they survive? It looks all good from here. I'll still trade 5 acres in New Mexico for 50 million shares of CMKX.

I also liked your confidence trying to scoop up another 50 million shares. golden ;D

First, revoked isn't permanent. A company can re-qualify, re-register and resume trading or reverse merge into a clean shell and continue or resume trading. All of which take time, of course. Hopefully, that groundwork is already done, should we be revoked.
It might be useful to study the trading patterns of SRCI just before it was revoked. I do remember the last day or so before revocation, there were some oddities going on, but until then, the sobs sold shares like banshees right up to the end.
I personally think we will be revoked, if we don't reverse merge into something else before that can happen.

I'm leaning toward some sort of merger or buyout or something and I don't think it matters whether it's before or after a revocation. I'm pulling for before because I'm impatient but anytime will do. This whole thing is like watching Kasparov and Fisher. Like golf in slow motion. Excitement on NyQuil. Turtle racing. Normally my speed but even I am getting amped up a bit. ;D

His response was so dry I almost choked as he said, "aaah, you know, I think I'd rather stay home and watch the grass grow." I've thought of that line many times as I sit here staring at these boards... sigh.

Also, day 25 for GEMM (which many think is the NEXT SEC target). www.buy-ins.net
