Remember when we all pulled together? Digging for DD in every nook and cranny of the Internet?

Bringing every shred of info on every JV and possible connection?

Remember calling anyone who even remotely was connected, and having boots on the ground to check out addresses and locations?

Remember the joy we felt for each other, with weddings, births and birthdays; and the pain when our fellow shareholders met with injury, sickness, and even death.

Remember walking the picket line with each other in DC, and NY; or gathering in support of our company at the SEC Hearing?

Remember crowding into Paltalk, Christian Traders Radio, or your favorite message board to hear reports from each of those events?

Remember uniting in the OG to stand up and take a shot at the "bad guys"?

We had it "all together" back then. We were a force to be reckoned with. 50-60,000 strong and united in our support of CMKX. Back then, the bad guys had money. They had political clout. They could fix almost anything, but they couldn't stop the momentum that 50,000 or so of us were propelling. We were united in our determination to support the company, ferret out the truth on the bad guys, and see our investment through to the end. We tolerated no one "bad mouthing" our company or it's leadership without producing evidence. Yes we were a force to be reckoned with and I know the "bad guys" were intimidated by that unity.

But something happened. Even the "kangaroo court" conducted by the SEC did not deter us. We could see through that charade. Their best attempt at undoing CMKX was feeble at best. They had to do something to weaken the force that we had become. So they released some partial information, designed and collected to throw the worst light on CMKX and it's leadership, and waited for the poison to take effect.

It worked. Look at our message boards, our Paltalk rooms. Shareholder has turned against shareholder in a bloodbath of negativity and accusation. Instead of looking for the good in the company and the evil that we know permeated the manipulation of this stock, we have turned on each other. Instead of evidence gathering and DD, we now spend our time "contemplating our navels", the genesis of our boards and rooms, and the intentions and agendas of one another.

Congratulations "shorty", it is working. Division has been sown and cultivated in our ranks. That once effective force that stood against you is now divided and losing it's effectiveness. But, I do know this. The company's side of this story hasn't been told yet, but it's coming. And when it does, you are going to see that unity, that cohesiveness, that sense of family that bound us for so long, return even stronger having been tested under fire.

As soon as she shows signs of life again, this diamond giant will rub the stardust out of its eyes and they'll hear the shout all the way to the depths of the open pit mines in all those other parts of the world! We were together until Frizzle come on board I am not saying he is to blame but as Americans we want everything NOW! Frizzle represented getting the reward so many thought they would get after putting a few thounsand in, many were investing foor the first time and believed the hype.

Then the admins/mods started to bash the company, UC, Maheu, Stocklein that is when the split happened and IMO that is where we are today. I have an old saying "The tooth paste id out of the tube and it ain't going back in" I am glad I am here instead of there because if its one thing I can not stand is someone or an organization that is committed to one goal and then changes on a dime...that IMO is what happened we saw the peole that were supposed be the leadership just doing whatever they thought ws right...in reality they never should have had such a strong opinion either way. Buth they did...I was banned once for having a disenting opinion...that is when I decided I had had enough...Via B49...

IMO it began with the release of only partial documents. It gave the bashers ample material to launch a campaign at a time when the company could not defend itself due to ongoing litigation and tactical maneuvering. I think Frizzell fell for the partial documentation as well.

What do you mean by released?

The info that has been damaging is public data. Some has come from the hearing transcipts and some is courtesy of FOIA. The information presented on these boards in the last two months is public and yes damaging, but the info does come from legal documents.

Whether it be due to the "release" of partial information, or simply the "discovery" of partial information....

The observation that no one knows the true story is the bottom line.

IMO if deals are being done, they are not being done with paperwork filed backing it all up... at least not in places accessable via common people over the internet. I believe that much will simply be agreed upon, and completed via verbal commitments and handshakes.


Back to the main topic:

There will be no great re-unification of the shareholders until we all see the resolution of this saga.

We have all decided which side we are on at this point.... yay, nay, or huh? lol

Each group has its base camp now, and we all wait for definitive resolution.

Someone will get to say "I told you so".

I believe it will be the positives.

The sad thing is, is that some of the posters I became friends with, will end up being bag holders for the bad guys. And they absolutely refuse to see it that way.

These message boards ARE being watched and names have been takin down.

I still feel that way about the entire group . . . Although one must allow people to think positive thoughts for them, if they don't, they simply push people away.

That is what this board represents to me . . . We wanted to have positive outlooks for the entire group, but the enviroment became one where it was made fun of and ridiculed.

Here, we can hold those positive evergy for everyone, yet it is at a comfortable distance for us, and for those who for some reason are unable to hold such thoughts.

I still remember, because I still am Unified with all who CHOOSE to be.

Once again, another great post. We can easily be blinded to the fact that "Realists"
and "Optimists" within our shareholder base ARE on the same side.

I would again implore everyone here to not cause a greater rift. Many of us are
still cross-posting on one or more boards. Notice the titles of these boards. The
words "HOME", "COMMUNITY", "DISCUSSION"......They should mean something to
each and every one of us.

Refrain from using this board to call other places "Basher boards" or labelling
posters. We all read the good and bad from the other forums...it is our own
level of civility that will determine "Who we are" as a group, and how we will
be seen.

And some great thoughts by golden. I too, am unified with all who CHOOSE
to be.
