Thanks to Texaspride, Tramp, Starfire1 - and I see
Bo Snerdley added to the list, for making a great new
place to call "home".
The reason you all chose to sign up for this board
was to have a place where positive DD, ideas and
outlook can be shared. I say bravo....but I will also
remind each and ever one of you of a couple of
points:
1. You came here for the positivity. Endeavor to keep
it that way - both in content and tone. This also must
refer to threads about posters/ other boards. Forget
not your roots. Remember that everything you may
have learned, both good and bad, about cmkx has
probably come from 1, 2 or more other boards. Be
respectful and remember, most of us still lurk on
them....as I'm sure they lurk on us - at one point
today, there were 32 members and 70 guests. As
respect to the board, you can disagree without
becoming insulting or personal.
2. Continue to spread the word to people you know
who might not have had a chance or an invite.
3. Continue to bring available DD to the board,
both old and new. A quick thanks to Zoinkers and
jawz_2020 for their contributions to the Resource
Center.
4. Remember that both positive and negative info
will still come out - at whatever time frame. As
someone once posted, judge that info based on
the poster - remember that the negs WILL find a
way on here eventually - but keep it civil. I would
suggest PM'ing any available MOD if you have a
problem with someone or their posting.
Again, remember why we are now here. Follow
the board rules and play nice.......
