I have felt like it really isn't worth posting anymore as we have said enough and the back and forth was really getting boring. From a year ago, at least since Roger came on board, I have posted relentlessly that we have the leverage it takes to succeed, and we did then and we still do. Really how easy was it to see the land and the short back when the CIM divvy was handed out.
This stock is as close to a sure thing as you get in the market. If we get cover we make money, well we will get covered.
The absolute going against common sense has been a result of the artificial doubt created by the hearing (by the way we started) and continues with the posting that goes directly against what some know to be true. One more contrived post about surrendered shares or one more post about how Frizzell isn't really convinced we have the goods was getting crazy. Frizzell and John know we have the goods and the short and that means we are going to make money.
Some have gotten caught up in the game, but if you just step back look at the facts and the people involved you common sense says this looks better than good.
Urban's happy in china, Dr. D sounds happy, Frizz and John say we have the goods and the short, Maheu and Glenn still here, dividends becoming unresticted, USCA's president along with Glenn, Edwards giving shares back, looked all along like we worked with the sec, NASD investigating and taking over the OTC, the SEC's 11 departures, Mahues son and all their connections, CSII, oil, uranium, etc, etc. Too easy if you ask me.
This was the stock play of a lifetime a year ago or more for some, it is finally coming to fruition now. I got a lot of flack for posting how easy this was, well I think I was right. Not easy if you fell for all the BS, but easy if you saw through it.
I have had a couple drinks after working thirteen hours with one of the most violent mental health client in canada so I may be rambling, but I just want to say thanks to all the great posters on here and the mods for setting up a board. I can hardly wait until next week and the party is still on at my houses when this goes. Peace gus.

Gus, you're an angel. I've always enjoyed reading your posts, and they often come at times when I really need a pick-me-up. Once again, you picked me up tonight. And , when you look at it that way, it is easy. I'll look forward to partying with you and the rest of the CMKXers anyday -- but the sooner the better! Funado

GREAT POST GUS!!!
thanks for sharing your thoughts. we all need to read something like that every now and then.
even the most optimistic of us lose grip and begin questioning things.
tell us where and when we have to show up for the party at your house. :-)

i knew we were going to be big with our mineral superstore, and the potential jv's, and with new info we are starting to get, and what jay mentioned, this is bigger than what they (cmkx) thought 1 year ago..
now my curiousity is way up, just how big are we going to be...
and those numbers from carina, was high grade numbers they were showing, way above average numbers.. now to get the findings by drilling.. need those results.

Hi Gus, I can't wait either. Like Dr. D said if this was a pump and dump we would've seen the reverse split. Having this new board and the uplifting spirits has made the last two years seem like yesterday, at least to me. If there is another party in Vegas I bet it will outdo last years. I'll be one of the first knocking on your door at your party! Take care, Montana

Gus...I am so glad to see you posting here on 49. The other one was geting hard to deal with but they are just frustrated what I like about this board is we are focused on the positive and believe there will be a lot of positive coming from ths stock. I don't care what happens on 32 they are on their path we are on ours I do respect them but I have moved on...just when Texas put this board up I was ready to quit anyway.
I guess I just don't understand people that bash their own investment...that are swayed so wasily but I am sure they have their reasons. It is on down the path with the members of 49 and I am glad to be here and hope I can contribute some good for other...
Also Gus it takes a very patient man/woman to work with the mentally violent as you do...you make a difference and that is not something alot can say at the end of the day IMO. senna

Your thought is very logical, sample and clear. You might do the yogo before your write this (it’s just my imagination). “If you are in, you win” is the message that tells us the game is over. Team + goods + nss = win. Some people are confused by the emotion. If you sit back, then you have a clear mind. Who leads the team? Who has the goods? Who controls the nss? Do you think OG is the one proved the nss? I don’t think so because UC and his friends got 85% of the shears, not 85% of the os. We just need to wait and don’t try to throw any rocks on the road. IMO Key

Gus, I posted this on 32 long ago, and its still true today:
Re: I AM GOING OUT ON A LIMB « Reply #34 on Jul 14, 2005, 10:39pm »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gus, before WWII, everybody knew the name of sniveling Neville Chamberlain. He was the appeaser to the Nazi Regime and wanted to cave to Hitler. During Neville's whole "glorious time on stage" to the appeasers, Sir Winston Churchill kept singing the same tune. "We will have to fight! Appeasement will NOT work." Well, Churchill was laughed off a many of stage!
The reason I am typing in English and not German is because of Sir Winston Churchill. The same is true of the language I and most of the rest of the world either speaks or wishes to speak. English! The world OWES Sir Winston Churchill a thank-you that most today do not either remember or even know.
So, you just keep posting, and should you prove to be correct, and CMKX wins the day, well, lets just say the following: few know the name of Chamberlain, but most know the name of Churchill!
Your name will be whispered on the lips of families from here to eternity as one who saved many.
OK, reality check. The above is history, not koolaid. (Except the obvious part.) The point is that there is always someone (not Acca and the rest of the real pumpers w/ their weekly (wrong) predictions) who can 'see' thru the smoke and mirrors. There is always a Churchill. In our case the real hero's will be the ones who looked at the DD, saw the writing on the wall, said we can win this thing, not as a pump, but based on the very DD they did and the things they could 'see' that others couldn't based on their experience and knowledge. It is entirely possible that you could be one of those guys. So, just keep posting what you 'see' and those who have ears to hear will hear. Ignore, as you are doing the Chamberlains of this board and all the scoffers/paid bashers/& Eeyore types.
Right or wrong, I'm still grateful for you Gus and look forward to reading your posts!
Towards a bright future, Top Hat

Nice post Gus!
Senna, I totally agree with your comment about bashing your own investment.
There is a theory that basically says we can influence an outcome by our psychological outlook. Our Collective conscious can serve an intense purpose. Which is one of the reasons I choose to be around positive thought processes and positive vibes....

Regards, SuzyQ SuzyQ, its no theory, but fact! There have been over 50 studies proving this fact! The latest that I know of is when they brought 300 people of different faiths from all over the world, most from outside the US, to Washington DC, which was then, the murder capital of the world. They all, for 3 months: prayed, wished, though and spoke good things over Washington DC and its violence. The leader of the study told the Chief of Police that the murder rate would fall 25% or more during the next 3 months based on the efforts of this group of 300 in this study. You can well imagine how the Police Chief laughed and laughed him out of his office! was the response, for 2.5 months. The chief then became a major proponent of the study as the results began to prove the group correct and effective! The leader of the study could tell the chief of police that murder would be reduced 25% because that is what the prior 50+ studies indicated it would drop by. The result is that it did drop! By 25%! Those were the facts! Can we change by our well wishes our investment and the actions of the past? That I do not know. However, can we change the future by such, the answer is most certainly "YES!" So I continue to sing, shout and pray over my investments, all my investments, including CMKX. Call actual Science and Solid research methods silly if you will, but it will be your head in the sand, not science!, nor Quantum Physics. There you go, Top Hat

Hi Gus, Great Post! And the responses by this board show why we are here. Wow, So many familiar names. Nice to see everyone posting again. It is as it should be. I agree this will be a good week or an agonizing one. I have maintained a reasonable optmism for a long time now and can see the pieces falling into place. It is close. IMO-Debi
