April 21, 2022: We are experiencing some difficulties with the registration link at this time. Therefore, the U.S. Attorney's Office will host a virtual town hall for victims and shareholders in this case on April 29, 2022 at 10 a.m. The link to register to the virtual town hall will be posted here.

You must include name, how to contact, amount of shares owned and the amount you paid. "Half of you did not include actual proof of the amount you paid for your shares. Those do not count towards final restitution. "This will be over in June. "They have been able to collect very little restitution. Thanks Port!! Another disappointing Town Hall. Or was it? If we recall the rumors from cmkx folklore: the government must go first, it will look like all is lost, and the first payment will be minuscule. Check. Check. Check. They told us there was nothing and now they’re saying there is restitution. It’s hard to follow what we’re being told and know what is truth. One thing seems obvious: we don’t know what we don’t know. But what DO we know? That answer might be found in what we’ve experienced. The fbi and sec were involved prior to the call to revoke the stock from the market in 2005. Is this normal given the number of companies that trade? Does it really take 17 years to get to a point like the end they’re casting? Why? An investigative firm whose ceo was known to be affiliated with the cia and whose founding father has a storied and documented past with the cia and historical government initiatives is brought into what is then known to be a pink sheet stock for a company with no assets, no revenue and no proof for its claims. An sec attorney whose history includes involvement with Sarbanes Oxley, one of the most revolutionary Acts ever passed for regulating the stock market, accepts the request to involve himself in this same pink sheet company. He travels the world to view alleged assets the results of which are opinion letters he authored that authorize millions and millions more shares be issued. Later, he disappears into the unknown. Speaking of disappearing, (so to speak) the only ones who could color inside the lines with actual info are gone. The UHaul franchise owner who secured all the claims on millions of acres, died. The former cia agent with the investigative company died. His father with the historic life, died. The woman who transferred the alleged illegal shares died. The said criminal mastermind behind the illegality died. His accomplice with said ties to bad people, died. The man who surrendered his reputation to shareholder slander while he took on a public legal challenge, died. The guy who re-sold shares like hot dogs, did time and disappeared. The former board members evaporated into society. The shareholders group attorney changed sides and now apparently claims amnesia of sorts. The brother seen at every drag race now can’t be found. We were told it was a scam and yet the company held on for ten years after revocation, still without revenue or asset, claiming we were nuts for believing in a positive outcome while they sought legal retribution and restitution from banks and insiders—all of which went to pay bills of those pursuing and generating nothing for the shareholders. And still, Transfer Online continues to monitor shareholder holdings for an unnamed client footing the bill while asking for $25 to view your address and email on their website. That about covers what we’ve experienced that makes no sense to this day...if this was just another pink sheet over-sold under-delivered stock. Okay we don’t know that Transfer Online is being paid to hold our personal info, but do we believe it is for the betterment of us as a group? To what end? So, $25 restitution or not, it seems we’re not being played (though it feels like it) we are instead part of a plan, the likes of which we don’t know what we don’t know. Ergo, this Town Hall was just a step in a process we’re in the weeds about. If what we’ve experienced is ever proved to be fruitful, the revenue comes from a source other than government. It surely won’t cite NSS or trust funds or anything that harkens back to what we’ve experienced because the public story and ongoing narrative is being cast by them. So don’t believe your lying eyes. What you experienced was just rumor. Here...put on this mask please, and quit eating red meat—try this chemical infused faux-meat instead. It’s better for the environment. Bill Gates said so. |

I sent an e-mail to tony.lopez@usdoj.gov . I never heard anything back prior. Now we need to submit proof of how much we paid to who and the e-mail? I don't have those files anymore. Not happy it is based on what was paid. How much did they recover? $10?

Most don't have that. Remember we were told that the first small payment would release our trusts & not to worry about how small it is. 🤞 But then in this saga...who really knows?? I am really not concern with proving I was injured or the cost of my share. Bonafides were all injured by the Racketeering of all. all the the D O J need to do is submit us to the judge. Whatever we get sent it to us. I believe that event has to be timed. JMHO

Now they are talking about proof of how much we paid as an issue. This is not normal. LOL! Only 1,000 of us are involved in this restitution show and now we are being whittled down with this proof talk. I believe we are still in delay,delay,delay mode..........Finish this public show and then ALL bonifides will get the .40 pps distribution news from a Vegas based law firm.IMO! I trust in the trust Robert Maheu established. Everything fits!

I have been away from the boards but I do know about the actions being taken in Nevada, I am registered with Transfer Online. How do I add myself to the harmed shareholder list or is being active and registered with Transfer Online enough?

In fall of 2020 DOJ asked for our information ...but I really cannot imagine that they don't know since Transfer Online has our info ...plus they know everything about us anyway The Buzzz thread has all that info... There is a link at the top of each Buzzz thread to the previous one.... that way you can start at the most recent thread & work back until you find what you need to know. tony.lopez@usdoj.gov is the DOJ attorney who was suppose to contact. You can start there but I don't think anyone has heard from him yet. |

For those that missed the town hall: Requested a 90 minute meeting time (probably a WebEx default) but lasted just three minutes. US DOJ Attorney Tony Lopez did make the comments. Seemingly apologetic for the delay, though one does ask oneself—still? The DOJ has only been involved since 2005 and he’s talking $25 per…so it’s kind of frustrating. He acknowledged that. Also noted he’s been getting emails and responding to those who’ve sent verification of share purchases. Said he will get those folks added to the VNS list…which could indicate why some of us already on that list have not received a reply to our emails about being recognized as harmed. He said there’s just one more step to complete the task, getting the case on the docket for a judge to determine restitution. Mentioning that will take about 6 weeks, he’s going to go ahead and set up the next webinar for 8/16/22 at 10am pacific. He will send email notices beforehand. Not great, but he could have said game-over go about your life. And lest we forget, this is all about $25 per person…right? Questions, concerns; tony.lopez@usdoj.gov |
