I am curious what they come up with next week, but as Rick Scott correctly points out publicity is not the aim. The aim is to ensure all bonafide CKMX shareholders get paid and that it is not shoved under the rug, so that miscreants can run off with our money. The way I see it, Rick Scott seeks to use this as an additional insurance policy to make sure we get paid. If certain guarantees can be provided for payment, it can all of a sudden become relatively quiet.....not stating that is going to happen, but it is a possibility.

If I interpret Harv's statement correctly, then the total price per share already was $26, $8 from the trust and $18 from F&P. By now that would probably be $27+ PPS.

There should be a special CMKX Telegram group with Rick Scott in it. Access apparently can be requested at: markz.team/ (I do not have access yet, so I cannot say anything about it). You can apparently also email Markz for Rick Scott's phone number, but I guess some board members already have it by now.

That is rather interesting as I think there were rumours flying around that Phxgold was bought off which makes no sense if 'Columbo' is here to talk upcoming week with Rick Scott.

May I ask what Ironside ever asked? I always thought he was Robert Maheu or one of his associates. I was under the impression that this individual knew far more than most, if not everything about the saga. I remember native speakers taking out their dictionaries when Ironside had posted new messages. That individual had a way with words which revealed great knowledge and a position of earned authority.

Here is the post by Harv about it. Due to the way it is stated it could be interpreted as $26 PPS or $18 PPS, but I think due to the surrounding context, the number is $26 PPS.

When Robert Maheu, back in 2005 transferred out, all the shares, mineral claims, and others assets out of the hands of the corrupt within the company, all that was left over was a shell with low hanging fruit of lawsuits.

At the last shareholder party, Urban was sitting at a table with Bill Frizzell and Kevin West. Urban was being served more and more liquior to the point he was not coherent. The witnesses who saw what Frizzell and Kevin West had down was have Urban sign over the company on a napkin to Frizzell and West while intoxicated. Thats illegal! The witnesses had left when they saw this happening, and then the party was being shut down. Urban was going to announce the core sample findings which truly are remarkable what they discovered.

Such a huge cover up that has been going on and the constant attempt at harming the shareholders, or lack of a better word, screwing them over what rightly belonged to them.

AH worked with Maheu closely.

Our "taking clause" was won through the Arkansas Game and Fisheries vs US Government. That was our case secretly disguised.

The US Supreme Court is well aware that the shareholders need to be paid. Each delay that we are not paid by a drop date, the Fines Interest and Penalties increase but substantial amounts.

SK bought/took over this remaining shell called CMKM Diamonds Inc. with Bill Frizzell as attorney for the low laying lawsuits in which he would be receiving over 40% of any settlements(could be more).

CMKM Diamonds Inc Certificates could NEVER be converted over to NHHI/NHI by SK and their attempt. All the SK could do was sign off on the transfer of Certificates whether lost/stolen/gifted to other family friends and new shareholders that wanted shares.

NHHI/NHI attempted to lack of a better word hijack the shareholders to look away from our mineral claims and be distracted. As we have been told so often by SK, there is nothing coming. All we have is SK word which amounts to nothing more that hot air. There is no hard copy evidence that the shareholders were shown by SK, was there?

SK took a trip early on when he bought/took over CMKM and flew on his dime to see Mr. Hodges. SK wanted to know the details and Mr. Hodges kept his cards close to his chest revealing nothing to SK. SK went home empty handed with nothing more to go on.

There is so much more going on here than the shareholders have been told.

Recently in a conversation with the Geologist who assayed and was there when the core samples were being done, saw first hand what came out of the ground. There is evidence and photos. Any one that says Urban was a crook along with the rest of the Casavants did not know them well. Remember everything is about projection. When someone is saying Urban was a crook and scammed the shareholders, look no further back to who is saying such. Those are the very people who were scamming and attempting to steal from the bonafide shareholders. They projected their very attempts on a man and his family falsely.

Chief Justice Roberts, he is very well aware that the shareholders needs to be paid. Every time there is a delay, he would say we need to pay these shareholders more.

Our mineral claims are well known, in behind the scenes what all was discovered. It wasnt just micro diamonds that were found, we are talking about 18 carrat sized diamonds coming out by the hundreds. Our mineral claims there was Sweet Crude in the south, we had rare earth minerals, tobernite which was one of them. There is also 800 billion barrels of oil discovered on our claims.

Frizzell was negotiations with the top 5 oil companies for our claims, but you know how that goes, greed kicks in and talks stalled out.

The shareholders were being stolen from people that pretended to be representing us. Mr. Hodges was well aware of these things going on, and took the necessary actions to circumvent these crooks.

There are others posters/shareholders who have been stripped of all their shares and will never receive one cent for their involvement with Turino and the likes.

There are many others shareholders here on these boards that also could contribute by exposing and contributing their involvement in our story. Its time to let the light shine on everything until we are paid. We were leveraged many times in the past to help others yet here we are still waiting to be paid.

CMKM/CMKX is not dead. NHHI/NHI sure will be if not already.

Our funds are real, the PPS are over $18 Fine Interest Penalties. Trust is over $8 pps. I know until we are paid it may mean nothing.

It really is high time the shareholders are paid and treated fairly. We done our best to partake what was asked of us, now its time we are given what rightfully has been set aside for the bonafide shareholders.

Currently sending messages there is restricted as the previous format escalated relatively quickly. Documents will be shared via that format. Some items of specific interest in my opinion stated by Dave Vangunten in the Telegram chat (paraphrased):

There were 2 certificate pulls by 2 task forces. One a government taskforce run by multiple agencies across several countries.

The Bivens action was by and for 125809103 resulting in bonafides sitting with the Agreement after the ETGMF (Entourage) lawsuit which in turn should be factored into others, namely CUSIP 147147102 & 23244N107.

At one point 3 people claimed to be CEO.

The last company address for some shareholders is Alabama. There is apparently proof that this Alabama company is a fraud.

The VNS setup could have been for the Trimbath Unshareholders group, not bonafides.

XCMKX fund was setup years before CYBERMARK organized in DE as it was planned that way.


Paraphrased items of interest stated by Rick Scott:

Rick Scott hopes that we are paid within 2 weeks, but in case it does not, is working on a couple of things to help it along:

1) Hire lawyer in Texas to legally get the Master Shareholder list from Steve Kirkpatrick's settlement.
2) Called Bob Locke to see if Anna Riezinger can expedite CMKX claims.
3) Interest by the National Liberty Alliance in the CMKX case.

Rick Scott stresses that he just a shareholder and can use all the help that is available to get us paid. One suggestion he makes is calling the DOJ and FBI.

- There is a gap in info on the Chinese claims. Info on this could add a new avenue for discovery.

I talked to a lady at the SEC at 12:50 today and I explained I was calling for 50,000 shareholders that have been in limbo way to long with this investigation. I said how much longer will this go on and she said I don't think it will be much longer and I ask, 2 years, 1 year, 6 months and she said "Not much longer."
She said "Hold on and I did and she came back and said "she talked to one of the attorneys and there has been a partial settlement." I ask was that the $33,000,000 judgement and she said no. I ask who got the partial settlement and she said, "Something about DTC and then she said she didn't know if it was for the shareholders or not." She did sound POSITIVE and HONEST and said over and over again "Not much longer with the investigation." Also, she said the SEC is not holding up the settlements there has been a lot of changes in the dockets.

I am one of the shareholders who paid & supplied data to Thomas Gates in 2013. This effort was to find a
trust and report to all shareholders the results by a trusted expert. A large quantity of information was given that
could simply been verified Names, Companies, Suggestions. An update was issued years later and more recently
when Exhibit-1 was published in Sept ‘19, he request it which I sent. Another update was then issued essentially the
same as the first. Basically there are no trusts.
More than 5 months have passed and it now falls to me to do the right thing.
First I must acknowledge my guides and also a handful of shareholders who inadvertently offered various
pieces information to follow up on.
I use color to draw attention to important text as follows:
. RED is a fact or Logical conclusion of several facts
. This is my calculation or a tie together of several facts
This document will prove:
. a trust exists
. Funds are managed by various managers
. A value can be calculated for common shares
. Various ancillary factoids


From Exhibit—1 we learn:
A_ CMKX the symbol & Cusip 125809103 were moved into trust XCMKX
B_ The trust account was at MFS
C_ Invested in “Intermarket Income Trust-1
D_ Trading as CMK on the NYSE
E_ Established 5/29/2019
F_ The value was $96,760,000
G_ There were 9,188,940 shares of record
H_ Shares were liquidated & distributed to cash for $8.68
Sometime in 2017 a shareholder in a separate legal action discovered this trust. They were told that it was “Unclaimed Funds” and the should file a claim
and stop looking for it.

Unclaimed” = Unshareholder. NOW lets determine how many unshares there are ? The TASKFORCE stated at the start of the Certificate pull that there were 703,518,875,000 “issued & outstanding” and at the end stated 634,983,934,988 BonaFide. The difference is Unshareholder = 68,534,940,012. The statutes state that all shares in the same class must be treated the same. Since these shares are in a separate trust then there must be other trusts, but all shares WILL be the same. This suggests that shares that hold various rights attachments are in different accounts. Lets calculate the unshareholder ?On 5/29/2015 ( E ) the value ( F ) / Unshareholder =.0014 pps–Value of all shares in all accountsOn 9/25/2015 ( G )*( H ) / Unshareholder=.0012pps: We don’t know how other accounts in the trust fared

I_ XCMKX TRUST carries the cusip =53918R103J_ The trust account was Two additional managers “SIT” & “KARPUS”K_ The trust has 5 additional accountsL_ 3 accounts at KARPUS are classifiedM_ These 5 accounts are at Wells Fargo BankWe


We have now positively identified 6 accounts; There are three more that are very near proof.
Although this information is from 2015 there is no reason to think they have moved.
Based on a specific rights maintained in a separate account I can account for 7 redemption rights:
CIM Spinoff
UCAD dividend
GEMM dividend
CIM-II dividend
CMKX common
CMKX unshareholder
NEW CORP
One of the 3 not named trusts I believe holds the MSL
Another is the DTCC restitution ( All common shares ) revealed @ $0.02 in Dec ‘12
