Have all the defendants been sentenced? Only one left is Edwards? GG Vissokovsky most certainly remains--but there is no extradition policy between the USA and Russia. Some say he's the key to the underworld connection...we'll likely never know and there's so much rumor and innuendo its hard to say what is truth and what is speculation. Anyway...beyond Visso, there's Kinney and Dvorak and I just don't recall reading if they've been sentenced yet. I have all the DOJ updates...have to wade through them to see. Do not shoot the messenger. I have posted it earlier, but let me post it once again. 1. Before revocation, I was in touch with Andy Hill (Remember him), the IR guy of CMKX.He told me ,UC went China and made deals with certain companies. He stated that he was unaware of amount. However, a day before he quit as IR , he told me that the deal was worth 5 billion dollars, and also 'royalty' was agreed upon.(If somebody is REALLY interested, they may look my earlier posts). 2. I had quite a few exchange with Jay Adobe on RB. Initially , it was cordial, later it became rather 'terse', as I was getting frustrated with his statement without any result (sounds familiar,lol). Anyway, in one of posts ,Jay, stated that billions of shares were being' traded' at a much higher rate which is on 'inside tapes' of sale documents( paraphrase). I still do not understand , how it was possible, but Jay was consistent about it.My SPECULATION is... some entity (may be DTCC, or Fed agency..)bought it. Jay also said that amount (no of shares), will not be allowed to exceed 800 billion shares,( though the SH believed there were 2 to 3 trillion NSS shares). 800 billion shares is the maximum allowed and Roger Glenn raised the AS to that figure in the summer of 2004, presumably to cover the retail share purchasers. At the time of revocation, Kevin West announced we had 706 billion legitimate shares outstanding and Susan Trimbath calcilated there was also a total of 2.25 trillion shares on the bankers books. Who bought those 2.25 trillion shares and with what money is the question. Majcher reportedly facilitated the sale of the claims at the beginning of the sting in 2004 and one has to question what a senior RCMP officer involved in the sting was doing selling claims, the procedes of which were then reportedly put into a frozen trust... Right! After what was needed to purchase the NSS was siphoned off? Is that not why we are supposed to receive all the funds collected in the sting? Is this not further justification for the government to pay us F&P? Getting back to numbers and assuming the NSS cost as much as we paid (it was likely less), 2.25 trillion NSS would have cost $803 million. Didn't Irbsn say something about getting a billion dollars from the sale of claims? Why on earth would one of the top dogs in the RCMP be facilitating the sale of property in a company being investigated? Why did he leave his job with the RCMP after the sting had been completed? 2.25 trillion? When questioned by the SEC attorney during his deposition (File No. LA-03028-A) at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Pacific Region office in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday January 24, 2006 with regards to what evidence he was shown that led him to believe that there was a naked short in CMKM Diamonds attorney Donald John Stoecklein stated that there was an expert brought in from Oregon and that after his analysis his position was that there was a 14 to 1 short position in this stock, meaning that for every 1 legal share issued there were 13 others that were not! When questioned... why did he believe this person? Mr. Stoecklein stated... “The man is very credible. He spent 25 years chasing shorts. He is an expert assisting a law firm down in Texas right now on a short position, and some major litigation. So why would I believe KPMG that their audit is good? They’re an expert in what they do. It’s the same issue to me.” CMKM Diamonds had a maximum of 800 billion shares authorized and only ever reported a little more than 703.5 billion shares outstanding... multiplied by 13, that would equate into more than 9 trillion naked shorted shares that exist in this stock! So far, SK is the ONLY one that has been 100% correct from the beginning His record has slipped. He was adamant about no money for shareholders. In recent webinars he has stated he expects the bona fide shareholders will get something, that is why the DOJ has determined who they consider harmed and who they don't. Either he never saw that coming, knew but keep it secret, was misinformed or was lying. |

It is important to listen to the recording....ESPECIALLY the part where Steve is saying that a shareholder just bought some cmkx shares which is not advisable.
The shareholder paid $45,000 for (I think he said) 18 million shares.
My comment/ opinion below...
CAUTION folks!! 😯
We may be owed money but there is no proof that we will get paid at all...
It is quite disturbing that people are still making money off cmkx. 😯
So DON'T be fooled into buying shares. 😣

Seagull Thanks for putting my statements in real perspective. I couldn't have put it better. Your last statement , 'he may know something we don't know'..... may be accurate. But I know, at least one more SH who post very rarely, knows a lot as well. It was told to me by one of my contacts. Moreover, if I start putting all the talks I had with my contacts, 'dreamers' won't be able to handle it. ......................................................................................................................................................................... Question of negative or positive is useless. Question should be... right information vs wrong information. .............................................................................................................................................................. If one read my posts... I said ... in essence two things..... 1. Money, if any will be paid only after Edward case is done.( I am messenger only). 2. We will be paid (if), it will be between 40 cents and 3 dollars only. The reason for that was explained by me few times and I am not going to repeat it. On the other hand, if it gives you infinite happiness , you may keep on believeing payment by Sep/Oct and it would be over 10 dollars per share.Sorry I do not believe it, though you have absolute right to believe in it, and I respect that. FOOD FOR THOUGHT Few years back, SH and 'gurus' were stating that money would be released, when the trustees feel that money would be safe in the hands of SH. At that time they talked about 'ASSET BACKED BANKING SYSTEM'. and NOT, 'ASSET BACKED CURRENCY'. Somewhere the line 'asset backed banking system' got changed into,'asset backed currency'. Since then, the confusion cropped up. The measures are taken for 'Asset backed BANKING SYSTEM', presently. That is where BASEL 3 comes into picture. At one time, it was discussed that payment would be made once BASEL 3 is implemented. Initial deadline was 2017, then it changed to MARCH 2018. NOW, IT IS MARCH 2019. SO WE WAIT. With respect. PS. If there is money, I urge the 'authority' to release it. All CMKX SH have learned their lessons, and will be very careful with money.We will handle it with GREAT RESPONSIBILITY. |

It is curious that someone would shell out that kind of money for 18M shares? I wonder what this person thinks they know? Boyscout I can think of a couple of reasons that I might have done this.. First of all, I would have to have a lot of money, enough were I didn't mind to risk the $45,000.00. Then it would have to be someone who I knew that needed money very badly.. Someone in Texas who's home was destroyed by the hurricane for example.. Then I'd be like I'll give you $45,000.00 for your CMKX certificate and when you get back on your feet and have the money you can buy it back, and if it did become worth a lot of money, you won't have to pay me back.. However, I can't imagine an ordinary person putting that kind of money, into this at this point in time. Knowing that it is worthless. The only other thought that I have.. Is that he was around someone like Al and was given some kind of information that isn't available to us, showing that we were going to get paid.. I hope that last line is the case..  |

Mr. Cottrell is, obviously, very angry about my most recent request for him to verify what Sportsman posted. I have sent him Sportsman's post but I'm not sure he will be willing to continue our communication. I received a response from Mr. Cottrell. He is very angry so I doubt that he would welcome any more emails from me. He states, although he doesn't know Sportsman's real identity, he did speak to him. Please don't speak for me, as I surely do not feel "discredited", nor I'd think you aren't the spokesperson for "us", and yes, "I" most assuredly Agree with the prose in Mr. Cottrell's writing. I do hope you are feeling a bit better Bingo. IMO, good things are coming. Ranting and stomping on the keyboard won't make the trip any faster. IMO, we've Won the battle. We've covered the ground necessary to bring us Victory. Vindication is shortly to arrive. Nothing left for us to do but follow the remaining storyline and prepare a proper mindset for notification.
