I must admit, for a while the waiting was tough to handle, but this extended time has taught me so much about how to be completely at peace with what ever is in God's plan. I know there are others less fortunate and the timing couldn't be worse but we will all be rewarded far beyond what should be expected from such a small investment. The wait will be worth the suffering. As for the 40% loss on our current assets, I've read the money has already been replaced in our accounts at 1:1 value, could be true, maybe not. Lots of disinformation out there. Anyway, all we can and should do is contemplate our wonderful future with all the opportunities to help each other and the planet. Believing is seeing!

Hey Bingo, personally I think the legal play is nothing more than a distraction. The legal play will fade away once we are notified. Maheu settled up with the brokers, bankers, market makers, hedge funds and whomever else naked shorted CMKM Diamonds stock and thus hurt and damaged the company and the shareholders. What solidified that in my mind was reading Al's motion and the parties that he sued (SEC Commissioners) and not the naked shorters themselves. Why? Because Maheu settled with them out of court. The reason we haven't been notified and paid yet is because Maheu's assignment is not yet complete. I do believe that we are nearing the end of the journey and while it has been a very long journey and much longer than any one of us could have ever imagined, once we are notified those of us that have survived will quickly forget about our troubles but we will never forget the team and the shareholders that have passed away during the wait. Maheu wrote "to extract maximum value". He also proclaimed on his radio interview on "Lunchtime With Ira" that he "generally does his homework before accepting an assignment". Meaning he would have scores of people in line to carry out and complete this assignment, with or without him. IMO nothing has changed......we will get much more than .14 cents or .54 cents......we will get maximum value plus penalties and interest for this long journey. |

Anyone who would setup a stock that would need a gold back dollar or any kind of a reset is wrong. Any time we have come close to the facts the rules have changed. you do not watch family's torn apart people lose there lively hoods, share holders die. You only do that in a greed for money and you are collecting from it. I have investigated and spent a lot of personal money to get information. been threaten by SK because of what I and a few others know and found out. They asked us to be silent and we stayed silent but now I am calling you out for information you have taken this to far. Give the people the ounce of hope they are looking for or bring it to an end and stop the pain and suffering to the people in need. sixfootfour |

Bingo, do you know that to be fact? Or is that just your opinion? Do you remember back to mid December 2006 when UC wanted to give the shareholders a small "relief payment"? He couldn't give us that small payment because the banks were not safe and because the vast majority of shareholders would have deposited that small payment into their bank accounts, that would make the process of cleaning up the banks even more difficult. Fiat currency, fractional banking, derivatives and a corrupt system is what Maheu's assignment truly was IMO. CMKM Diamonds was only a very small part in this assignment, true it is big to each one of the shareholders but in all reality we are not the be all to end all. Does anyone remember when it was rumoured that the Citi subsiduary Broadridge was involved in our settlement? I have a close friend that has had dealings with Broadridge and he called their back office and was told that CMKM Diamonds shareholders would be getting an information package and a large settlement. This was long before the Edwards et al lawsuits. |

By the time we get paid, I'm afraid that the new currency will be a chip in the hand or forehead!!
But if there are people who know what really is going on, or have seen FACTUAL information.. It is time that we were told.... My wife and myself have gotten to the point to were we have about given up on getting anything..
Why would SK tell the shareholders who have seen the evidence to be quite? Is it that he doesn't believe them, or that he has been told to keep the information quiet?

I just talked to MELVIN in Paltalk. He plainly stated "HE HAS BEEN TOLD BY A RELIABLE SOURCE (A LADY) WE WILL HEAR OFFICIAL NEWS ON OLD CMKX BEFORE AUG 9 TRIAL DATE". He did not want to characterize if it would be good or bad news, but since DES is out today saying he is 1000% confident on CMKX and ACCA can't talk , meaning imo we are close to SOMETHIGN BIG, then connect the dots... MELVIN said in PALTALK he has not spoke to DES for 12 years so sounds clear to me MELVIN and DES have different SOURCES. MELVIN characterized the coming OFFICIAL NEWS on OLD CMKX by stating "IT WILL MAKE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE IN UNDERSTANDING WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING WITH OLD CMKX AFTER THESE PAST 12 YEARS". That's what I heard him say in Paltalk. |

Personally I always liked Melvin and trusted what he told us.. People need to realize that the position that he had with the company, prevented him from sharing information with the shareholders without approval. A lot of times he gave us clues to what was going on, but wasn't allowed to give any details.
I remember the one time when he said, I heard that they found a dinosaur Rex down there! People took it as a joke.. However, I took it as it meaning that they found oil. Remembering the old commercials about were oil came from..
There were shareholders that accused Melvin of being stupid, because he couldn't spell.. Melvin wouldn't have the job that he has now if he were dumb.. The fact is, that Melvin is a French speaking Canadian and speaks two language's. He has stated that he doesn't spell in English very well. People who want to accuse him overlook that fact..
Truth being known, he's probably smarter then most of us.. How many of us speak French and English, and can spell anything at all in French? Anyways, I'm excited that he is communicating again, and believe that we will have news before the trail date just like he said..

How can any of us know for sure, if that was really Melvin in Paltalk? Anyone can create a user name and join the conversation. I wish that if it were Melvin that someone who knows him could verify.
