In his 3-27-12 Letter to All CMKM Shareholders, “Steve Kirkpatrick” wrote, “I came away from the meeting more convinced than ever that Mr. Hodges believes in his cause with all his heart. I truly believe he has invested all of himself, his reputation, and his legal expertise into seeking a return for the plaintiffs, and ultimately all CMKM shareholders.”
So why the 90 degree turn about? Doesn't make sense..

I know that Melvin stood by U.C.'s side all the way to the end, and Melvin never changed his mind on Urban being a good man and him working for the shareholders. Urban's wife even stated that we should be proud of what Urban has done for the shareholders. The rumor then was that he had trapped the evil doers that were naked shorting the stock to make them pay for what they had done to us.. It is hard for me to believe that this company would still be around today, and would have been in court litigation all this time, if there weren't value somewhere.. And what ever happened to the core samples, that some said that you could see the diamonds with your eyes embedded in the sides of it? If this has been a scam from the beginning and there is no value or funds for the shareholders like we are being told. Why would Urban have scammed us, when he could have worked the company legally and made so much more money? I wish that some of the old people would come back and speak to us and let us know everything that they knew.. Such as Melvin and U.C.'s brother or his wife... Where are they at today?
