As in typical lawyer form and fashion - Frizzell has made a fortune off of CMKX... I wish I could arbitrarily bill my customers at Full Rate, without having to ask... Hundreds of thousands of dollars paid to the guy and we have essentially nothing to show for it... THIS is why people hate lawyers...  |

If cmkm was just a pump and dump scam. Why has no one been prosecuted for the crime. What about all the naked short sales, why has no stock brokers been arrested for this crime? Why are only the shareholders the ones being hurt by their actions? What about the sec? They are suppose to protect us against such crimes. Most people beleive anything you tell them. I believe that the corrupt bankers and politicians are the ones scamming the shareholders now. If what is posted above is true, then why has it taken this long to hear the truth. I say its bull ####. They are just trying to cover up the biggest con job against the shareholders perpetrated by the very people that are suppose to be protecting us. The government and bankers.not everyone will swallow thier bull #### stories. They just cant admit they allowed this to happen to us, because they were in on it, or just looked the other way while the share holders were lied to over and over again threw company press releases and web sources. This sticks of a cover up of some kind to relieve us of anything we are due for the harm to us.

I have to agree.
I fail to believe a simple pump and dump has been
dragged on this many years with no end in sight.
I think a lot of people are ensuring their butts
are covered so they can walk away with any "gains"
without recourse or ties to the corruption.
I also think it has been drug out to allow those
that can benefit, to continue to benefit for as
long as they can draw it out.
Personally, I don't think any of us will ever come
close to knowing the truth of CMKX. The misinformation
campaign has been so strong, and well presented,
the only possible conclusion one can come to is
gooberment involvement and cover-up.
Hopefully my rant is inaccurate and we will see
some sort of return, but if the criminals that
hold office in this country are involved, well
we know their level of greed.
So, until this ends (if I'm alive to see it) I
will continue to say a prayer for the best possible
outcome for all of us that have been victimized in
this journey.

Is it still happening? I thought that according to the Webinar Notes that it was over. That there was no settlement, no naked shorting, no sting operation, and now we're hoping to strike oil.
