What are we to believe and who should we believe? We have been lied to for so long. IMHO, there is only one way to set our minds at ease. We must be shown proof of the trust funds that was set up for the shareholders. I dont mind waiting till they are ready to be released. I am just tired of being lied too. They do not even have to show where the trust funds are being held. All they need to do is have the DOJ make an official statement saying the funds trully exsist for the shareholders for the wrongs that have been done to us. If the funds do not exsist the the DOJ needs to tell us that. If the funds do not exsist, then we need to start a class action law suit against the brokers and others who were involved in harming the shareholders and the company we invested in. If the so called meeting trully happened between Mahue and the crooks, any deal made to not file charges against them no longer have merit. We have not been payed so they should go to jail.

I'm not about to tell shareholders what to do and what not to do....... Proof of a trust? The only proof you will ever see is if there is a payment - and it would be my belief that no mention of the source of funds would be made. Regardless, the Supreme Court ruling virtually shuts the door on any further action against the government. Against the brokers, you'd be lucky to see the price you paid - less the legal fees , of course. I am ambivalent about the whole situation although I still lean slightly more towards the positive - but at this juncture, I'm pretty reluctant to throw any more money at this. PR has apparently spoken to all since the update and to quote: I asked him. He said: "Not to worry - I'll be here until the end and then some."
prHe's still for us and with us......if that's any consolation. JMO TC

:)I'm ready to let the 'evidence' put justice where it belongs. CLOSE WALL STREET. If it exists, that seems to be the only way for the shareholders. The miscreants have shown that they don't care about the 'common' shareholders. Jim/SR AIMHO,of course.
